My wife (who had never ridden a horse) and I booked this as our first activity on our last full day on the island. Our guide Kylie was wonderful, the trail was beautiful, the horses were calm and knew where to go. We thoroughly enjoyed learning about the ranch and its history.

I was originally book the house back ride but when I want the the check in counter the associates said it was a system error, I do not see you have book the house back ride so it end up I need to take the AVT ride, I’m so disappointed because is my first time to have a house back experience, I will never book at this website anymore.

And I didn’t get the service that we won to, and yes my son got few ponds weighed limits, so we got Dinied on that activity, but theirs Others activity, that u guys Can Comandate as,, but u guy’s Denied us, and farthere more. U guys don’t wanna give us my full reafound back?? Why?? What happened with no service no pay,!!! And I refused to take that 20/ percent off for future,?? No no no. I won my Full Reafound back. I will let my credit company, that u guys’ never give me service at all. If u guys take that money from my credit card.,, That will be a fraud.,,is not right,, I work hard for my money, therefore I need my full reafound back,,,,, ccx

Amazing experience! Tina (hope I spelled it right) was our guide and she did a wonderful job and told us all about the history and little trivia about the place. Give her a raise immediately! Never rode a horse before and she made it a great experience.

Gorgeous views and fun trail. Our tour guide was very nice, but we really wished we had someone knowledgeable about the land/area to make it more educational. It was beautiful. I’d just recommend some training for the folks on material they can share with other folks to complete the experience.

aloha Rene ... mahalo for your feedback. We do agree and wish that we could "talk" more to our guests on the horseback walking tour more, but it 's challenging with everyone on their own horses and the guide either in front or behind of the guests. We are looking at some sort of audio option and hopeful that would help make it an even better experience, but there have been challenges with getting reception and a signal in the deep valley. The tour guide did not give any information about where we were. It was an awesome ride and spectacular views. Easiest time getting on and off horse. They have that part down to a tee. But we got limited guidance which is what we hoped for on a tour. I wanted to know more about where we were but the guide was more interested in chit chatting.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the horseback tour at Kualoa Ranch!! The guide was extremely knowledgeable and kind. The horses were well cared for and were very comfortable to ride. The scenery was spectacular!!
