Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
This experience requires good weather. If it’s cancelled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

It was good show. venue was ok,food quality could be better. service needs to be approve while we were watching the show all the dirty plates were sitting on our table till the end so did no like it. This was my first time not sure if the others places do the same

Left a lot to be desired…

Well it left a lot to be desired. There was hardly anyone at the luau and was very amateur. Definitely was not worth the money. We all left after paying this crazy amount for luau and dinner and had to stop and eat.

Best luau in Oahu.

We really enjoyed the entire experience. The staff was great, the show was phenomenal and there was plenty of food and drink. I would definitely recommend to friends and family. My son and daughter had been to a different luau last year and they said this one was much better.

We had a fantastic time at the Mele Luau. Johnny, our liaison, was fun and very entertaining. He took great care of us to and from the luau. The performers were amazing! The fire dancer was our favorite.

We’ve been to a couple Luaus and agreed this was our favorite even compared to the big hotel resort luaus .Very engaging more intimate not over crowded and the food was awesome!!!Don't be fooled by the buffet style the food was the best part along with the entertainers and the host was entertaining!!Very kid friendly event too for families.We would highly recommend it!!

Love the fire dancers. But honestly, the entire show was great. The main host is funny and will keep you entertained from beginning to end. Only down side is the location is not along a beach, but we enjoyed none the less!
