What To Expect

Make your way to Honolulu's Keahole Street to meet your group and friendly, experienced tour guide.

Climb aboard a 50-foot (12-meter) catamaran and cruise up the coast of Oahu past great views of Koko Crater, Maunalua Bay, Diamond Head and the Koolau mountain range.

When you reach the dive location, listen to a safety briefing and instructions on how to operate your underwater scooter. This self-propelled, electric scooter is an environmentally-friendly way to explore Oahu's extensive underwater world. Submerge on your scooter and follow your guide through schools of tropical fish, past living coral reefs and green sea turtles.

After your turn on the scooter, don fins, a mask and snorkel to explore the water more fully or just relax on the boat's deck. Indulge in some snacks and drinks on board and listen to your guide talk about the history of the area.

At the conclusion of your 2-hour tour, the catamaran will return to your departure point.

A fantastic experience! The crew were so helpful and clearly really cared about making things fun for everyone! When I felt a little claustrophobic, Matteo, one of the crew divers, helped me to find a way to be comfortable, and I ended up having a great time! I also really loved the opportunity to snorkel around the boat on my own. The water was fabulous, and sky was blue, and everything else was beautiful. I would definitely do this again! TY Captain Ogee, Blue, Kakai, and all the others! 😃

Was a wonderful experience! We felt very safe with everyone having their own diver the whole time you were in the underwater scooter. Everyone was super friendly. My daughter got seasick on the boat. Even if you’re not sure you could be susceptible, I recommend to take Dramamine the night before & the morning of.

This was a very unique and fun experience. The water was really rough the day we went so we all got some pretty bad motion sickness but it was still cool to do. We seen lots of fish and a sea turtle. A diver is with you all the time incase you need to go up. Probably not good for anyone with severe claustrophobia or anxiety. Other than that its a must do.

I highly recommend this experience! Some things to note, if you get easily sea sick, I would suggest taking Dramamine or any other motion sickness related things to try and help. Quite a few people on our boat got very sick and ended up not going in the water as a result. The team was fantastic, they walk you through all the steps. They explain the hand signals you need to know while you’re down there, and how to get into the scooter. Each person has a scuba diver that accompanies them while down in the water so it feels very safe the whole time. Seeing the fish literally eating out of your hand right in front of your eyes is amazing. You’re in the scooter for about 20 minutes per person, and after your turn is up you can swim in the ocean and snorkel while you wait for everyone else’s turns. Overall we had a blast and I would highly recommend this to anyone that wants to get the experience of scuba diving without going through the certification (my husband is not certified which is why I opted for this rather than just snorkeling).

This is an awesome experience! The captain and crew are amazing and put your safety first and foremost. We saw sea turtles and lots of fish even though the sea was turbulent. My wife couldn’t gather up the courage to go in the sub-scooter but still got to see everything from the boat and had a great time.

The day was kind of gloomy and rainy. The water not so happy to see us. BUT when we got in the subs and under the water that all changed. The fish. The turtles. The sea floor. The captain and the crew are phenomenal. From the music they played to the jokes they told! The underwater sub takes some getting used to to but your diver helps tremendously. Take LOTS of Dramamine if you have any kind of motion sickness for the above and the below.
