    Cancellation Policy

    You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

    • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
    • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
    • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
    • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
    • This experience requires good weather. If it’s cancelled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
    • This experience requires a minimum number of travellers. If it’s cancelled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

    My two kids and I had an amazing time! The check in was painless and easy breezy. The guide was very informative and made sure we were comfortable and safe. He also took photos that we were able to purchase after. The boat driver was excellent! I would definitely recommend!

    We got rained out/rescheduled on our original date, but they were awesome about getting us rebooked within the next couple days while we were still there for vacation. We had so much fun up in the air. We even bought the SIM card of pictures that were taken of us.

    Fun and efficient. My best friend and I went together with 9 other people and I was nervous it was too many people but the crew was awesome and made the parasailing and boat ride fun! The pictures were a great addition.

    The guys were great! What in about to say may seem silly or ridiculous but it was appreciated non the less. I recently got my hair dyed bright red, I asked them to dip us into the water but asked to not get my hair wet so it didn’t bleed and ruin my hair, they heard me and respected my request and I really appreciated it! It was a great experience, it was my second time and my husbands first and he absolutely loved it!! I definitely recommend this experience!! Whenever we get to make it back we will definitely be doing it again, hope to bring the kids next time!

    Super fun I am super scared of heights but I was still able to go up and be completely fine. It was a lot of fun to have friends around as I screamed the whole way up and back down. The driver and the other helper on the boat were both entertaining and super cool. 10/10 would do again!!!

    We had wonderful experience, both the boat ride and parasailing were very enjoyable. Crew on the boat were very helpful and accommodating. Only reason couldn’t provide 5 star was that we had tough time locating the paradise stall on the marina, wish there was some prominent sign somewhere.
