Driver was very nice. The vehicle was an old ford ranger p/u with no back seats but a little fold down seat behind driver. My husband tried to sit back there and barely fit.

Worse service I ever experienced in my entire life, poor communication on the pick up and no location for pick up until I had to e mail 3 times for the pick up area, each time I asked I got a different story where the driver was, I asked what kind of car and license plate to look for, finally I got the info and all the time car was sitting there, but they always they said it was on route, I ask the driver she said she canceled our ride and I said I waiting right here, she should asked us our names. Then she told I was lying and drove away, thank god for Uber. If you are coming to hawaii don’t use this company.

Great service. I was worried that there was no meeting area but then the day before travel the service reached out with the driver and the process was totally explained and very clear with text messaging to keep us in touch. Great great service and very friendly and helpful.

Terrible communication, almost an hour late

The driver was 50 minutes late which was weird because I assumed they would have my flight information and be on time. The person that ended up communicating with me gave me the wrong car information and phone number. When I called who I thought was the driver they told me that they were not the driver. It was absolute mess! When I asked for some sort of discount or compensation I was told I would get a call back and never did.

I waited 45 minutes; there were multiple text and phone call communications. I was never given a driver name nor a vehicle description. I was asked to send a selfie via text. I ended up ordering a Lyft which I only waited 5 min for and was less expensive than your service.

There was a little confusion about who the driver would be, but Bill was there where he said he would be. He helped my mobility challenged friend and was very kind and patient. He pointed out interesting landmarks on the way to the hot.

I used this service so I could be picked up at baggage. That did not happen. I was told to go several different places to meet my driver. They would not put me on the phone with my driver so we could find each other. They told me my driver didn’t speak English. When I finally found him it turns out he is just an Uber driver who I could have called myself. He spoke perfect English and I got charged more than a regular uber fare for this horrible service.

You can book this service yourself this is a Japanese company that basically calls an Uber for you. Going directly through Uber is easier and cheaper. Also it was unorganized and they didn’t answer the phone

Abandoned at the airport

I booked this airport transfer to make my life easier. But when my flight was delayed (not my fault!), the driver abandoned me at the airport to find my own ride. Thanks for nothing, Jay. He actually dared to say maybe he'd help me next time. Uh, no, Jay, you will not be the person I am calling that's for sure! If you are booking airport transfers, you have to know flights might be delayed. Make another arrangement for someone to come get me! WTH? Oh, and I tried to reach the Talixo dispatcher hotline, but did you know it's not even based in the US? Not reassuring to have US-based drivers being dispatched by someone out of the country. I am not sure why Viator even lists this offer. Viator is usually better than this. Anyway, we took a cab and it was about the same cost with the tip. So really, it cost less because I would have tipped on top of the fee for this ride. Oh, well, lesson learned and I will NOT book this again.
