    Great experience. Driver was Kira Cheng, we couldn’t figure out why we couldn’t text each other, but were able to communicate using website chat, so no biggie. Pick up was timely, and he caught me up on what I missed on the island for the last year or so. Easy drop off to hotel & friendly conversation, highly recommend.

    I previously used Viator but was disappointed this time. I specifically called to make reservation involving a party of 7 including 2 wheelchairs from the cruise port to hotel in Honolulu. The person on the other end assured me we would have transportation for my family including my 2 elderly parents in wheelchairs. Day of disembarking, the driver let me know that he would not be able to transport wheelchairs. And proceeded to leave because he "had another customer " and couldn't assist me with my parents/wheelchair transportation. We were forced to scramble and find transportation via uber and taxis to transport my family. When I asked for a refund because the service I asked for was not provided, I was told the driver denied the refund. Said he was not told about the wheelchair issue. That's why I specifically called when making reservations. I was very disappointed that Viator did not make an effort to rectify the situation. Will not use them again.

    I'm sorry for your experience. But if you read the title of my service, it's up to 6 passengers and 6 luggages only! Also I didn't see the request of 7 passengers+ 2 wheelchairs which I can't accommodate.

    Johnny was a great communicator and gave us plenty of info. We were exhausted after a long flight and we found Johnny easily. He was friendly and the car was extremely comfortable. I highly recommend this service.

    Our arrival and transition to finding Johnny was seamless. He sent picture of where he would be and kept in touch via text. Even arriving 24 hours late due to a snow storm was no issue. Johnny was super friendly and highly professional and helpful. I could not fault his service.

    The driver was assertive and he saved us from getting in to another car. The first driver told us he was there for us. Our real driver sent his car picture and license plate again while he was parked behind the first driver. Our driver was pleasant, informative, and nice company.

    Kira, the owner driver, was very kind, professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating. He gave us advice on what to do and eat, and where to go. We had to change our pick up time for the trip back from hotel to airport due to delayed flight, and he made it worked. Amazing individual ! Definitely recommend him. Also, he is bi-lingual so if Mandarin is your preferred language you can’t go wrong getting his services. Lastly, if you have a larger group (5-6 ppl), his van is the most economical and comfortable way for airport transport without having to share the ride with others.
