What To Expect

When you land, bypass the taxi lines, show your confirmation voucher to the driver and then step inside your 12-person Mercedes shuttle. This service covers transportation to the Honolulu Cruise Terminal or your Oahu hotel in Waikiki, Kahala, Turtle Bay or Ko'olina.

For your return trip, your shuttle will be waiting for you at the prearranged time. End your trip with ease, and arrive at Honolulu International Airport in time for your flight. This round-trip transfer service is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

The trip from Honolulu airport to hotel was horrible. The attendant at airport was rude we had to wait for a while until a vehicle finally got us. Poor communication and planning on their part

Excellent driver. Called my ph since we arrived after 9pm. Good driver. Helped us with our heavy luggage after a full days trip. He was an excellent shuttle driver!

There was no agent to meet us at our luggage claim. The Alaska Airlines agent called a friend who she knew that worked for speedi-shuttle who said he would send someone. Then we had to walk from baggage claim 19 to the far door past claim 30 where the vans were. Last year some one met us at our baggage claim and we were picked up out front of that area. The driver was very good and got us to our hotel much quicker than last year.

I didn't know where to be picked up I ran around the airport calling Viator until the second call they told me where to go. I filled out the info where I was to be dropped off but the driver dropped me off to the wrong location miles away and was very rude until I told him this is not the address after giving him the address 3 times. He eventually dropped me off at the correct location. I felt embarrassed and did not tip him. I would prefer that the same driver not pick me up but another driver is preferred. This was my first impression how Hawaiians treat visitors which I was proven wrong when I took a tour and the tour guide and the driver treated me nice and kind..

The shuttle arrived 1.5 hours late ! We were supposed to be greeted at the checked bag pickup when our plane arrived at 3pm but no one from Speedi was there. We eventually went to the airport’s shuttle pickup area. I phoned Speedi and was told that a shuttle would be dispatched to pick us up. However I had to phone several more times before being picked up at around 5 pm. So, I had to wait for the shuttle for at least 1.5 hours after a 9 hour flight. Not a good way to start a vacation. Even worse, the Speedi staff didn’t seem to concerned or apologetic about keeping me waiting so long. I don’t think they’re well managed and capable of keeping track of their pickup reservations. We saw several other shuttles picking up customers while we waited for Speedi to arrive. Selecting Speedi Shuttle is like playing Russian Roulette. Don’t do it unless you’re feeling lucky.

There were no specific instructions on were the shuttle pick up area was. We were told terminal 2. That terminal is huge and could not find the correct place without asking several people. I called your customer service center and the guy I spoke to was clueless. Finally found the area but the vehicle was in sad shape. The a/c was not working very well and water was leaking from the ceiling and dripping on me. He seemed to take the long way and appeared lost. I was disappointed and irritated at this whole process.
