Shaxi was awesome to work with! After originally booking, it became apparent that the hike on Friday morning was going to experience some rain. After messaging Shaxi, Michael reached out right away and worked with me to change the time and day to a sunnier option :). Lisa and Michael went out of their way to make me feel like royalty on their tour. Such an easy fun filled tour which included a tour of Waikiki, Diamond Head hike, and then finishing with the famous Leonard's Bakery :). A perfect 3 to 4 hour excursion while in Oahu :). Don't hesitate to book with Shaxi!

We enjoyed all of the stops and notable landmarks around Waikiki. Our tour guide was messing and extremely knowledgeable regarding the rich history surrounding the island. The Diamondhead hike was absolutely beautiful, and can easily be completed within the amount of time allowed. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience filled with perfect Waikiki Kodak moments!

We had an amazing time!!! We had our tour split up due to a big event coming to town and Shaxi wanting to give us the best experience! Well they totally did! We had Lisa for a sunset tour and she was absolutely fabulous! She was so knowledgeable and fun! It felt like we were roaming around town with a best friend! We had Michael take up to Diamond Head for the second part of the tour. He was super nice and helpful. We truly appreciate them both giving us an excellent experience! Would recommend Shaxi to anyone looking for a fun way to see the area!

Please take this tour when you first arrive.....it will set you up for a great rest of your vacation!!!! You see all of Waikiki and if Lisa is your guide you will be entertained while hearing all about the people and the history of the area. My favorite part was the Natatorium stop.....they need to figure out how to restore that to greatness ASAP!!! Also, Leonard's of course. The hike is a bit more intense than you might think. Super fun tour!

We are in are 60s and we are not exercise buffs. We walked to the top. We may have had more rests but we made it to the top. Beautiful sights at top of Diamond Head. The driver of the shaxi gave us a tour. She drove us around & gave us great info. Also, she made stops for photos & places of interest. She also sent us photos of the sights we had visited.

Easy, safe and a one of a kind way to see Waikiki and do the Diamond Head hike! It was not as stifling as a coach bus would have been. The Shaxi car was an open air electric vehicle uniquely decorated that drove us around. Lisa was on time, a great tour guide and very entertaining! She also took and sent a lot of photos of our tour.

My husband and I did this tour while on our trip and we enjoyed it. There was a little confusion as we thought our tour guide was going to come on the diamond head hike with us but she only dropped us off there and picked up back up. But she took us on a tour around a lot of the area and took many pictures of us! She was super kind and informational. We love the pictures we got from her and the different areas she took us too!

Wish I could give this tour 10 stars…Michael was wonderful!! This was not our first time to Hawaii and although we had hiked Diamond Head before we wanted to see if we could still do it. We figured instead of walking there we would combine it with a tour and are glad we did. Michael was very informative pointing out places of interest we had seen before and many we had not. He gave us the history of everything but not to the point where we lost interest. He took the time to get pictures of us at each stop on his phone and then at the end of the tour airdropped them to us….considering we are still dealing with Covid I thought this was genius! After Michael dropped us back at our hotel he texted us an extremely long detailed list of restaurants and highlights to see and do for the rest of our vacation…so thoughtful and very appreciated! If you are considering this tour I recommend you do it early in your vacation so you have time to check out Michaels recommendations. Mahalo! 🤙🌺🌴

A very Hawaiian way to go around Honolulu

Aloha! It turned out to be a very memorable, very 'Hawaiian' tour for us. This was our first time to visit Hawaii, we just arrived Honolulu the day before. We had booked this tour so I thought we could get an overview on Honolulu and visit the Diamond Head. There were just two of us that day on this tour, so we were lucky that the tour was exclusively given for us! The tour guide Lisa came on a little golf cart-like open vehicle with the Hawaiian decoration around the roof. What a fun way to go around! This is a slow vehicle, Lisa had a vast knowledge on the city, landmarks, beaches and so on and she kept talking and explaining the historical background, then she answered all our questions we had. And she took photos for us at many places. I highly recommend to book this tour. Mahalo (thank you)!

The stairs were really a challenge but oh so worth the climb to victory!!! Do not give up! It is a fun climb. Make sure to stay hydrated.

Wonderful trip to know Waikiki and a great hike to mountain diamonds crater. Amazing view, Lisa was amazing driver and guide, lovely and funny, and gave us a lot of information. The car was decorated, and we got all the photos and hundred of recommendation of what to see or where to eat on the island. Me and my family loved every minute of it.
