It’s shallow water which was great for us newcomers. Andy did a great job teaching us and correcting our mistakes. It’s nice because it’s away from crowds and the waves started to pick up by the end of the lesson which made the last few more fun. The only thing I wish I knew beforehand was that this spot has a lot of rocks but if you don’t have equipment they provide reef shoes. Overall, it was plenty long and we were tired afterwards and had a lot of fun.

Suzy’s team was so friendly and awesome! Andy was the instructor and really gave great advice to the teens. Both were up and trying tricks in the first 30 minutes. Andy was knowledgeable and so kind. Jon, the photographer got great pictures! Matt was there too, instructing smaller kids and is so patient and friendly too! Suzy was easy to communicate with. Great experience. The teens LOVED it!!!

We appreciate the owner keeping updating us the event’s situation before the lesson ( they kept checking if the wave is suitable for the lesson) and even notified us that we left our water bottle on the beach after the lesson and we already left the beach. The coaches are excellent in teaching. It was my 2 boys first surfing class and they learned how to surf during their lesson. Coaches are very friendly and teaches very well! It’s a great experience which inspires my sons to decide to continue this sport. We highly recommend this surf lessons on the North Shore of Oahu.
