Full day, friendly bus driver

Definitely well worth the value. We had enough time at the two major stops and the bus driver/tour operator was great. Our only issue was some difficulties with communication regarding the delayed start time and pickup time; the tour picked us up late and told us they sent an email and text confirming the new time time, but we never received either communication. Otherwise, a great tour.

Great way to see Oahu highlights!

Our tour guide, Ricardo (Ric), was excellent! He picked us up on time in Waikiki and offered some commentary as we made it to the meeting spots for the others. We loved the stop at Pearl Harbor and the history Ric shared about it. The Polynesian Cultural Center was very interesting and Ric gave some some good tips on what to see in the time we had there. Nuuanu Pali was breathtaking! The extra stops at the local fruit stand and coffee farm were great. Would highly recommend this tour!

This experience was fantastic. We had the opportunity to stop at Pearl Harbor, Dole plantation, and the Polynesian cultural Center. Every stop was a unique experience. You can spend five hours at the Polynesian cultural center if you had the time. I would encourage you to get a snack at the dole, plantation, and skipped lunch at the Polynesian cultural center so you can enjoy all the unique experiences. Our tour guide was Shannon, a native Hawaiian. You could feel his aloha spirit as he gave the tour. He is full of great knowledge and made the tour experience that much better.

Did not fulfill the whole tour what was promised in the brochure. brochure advertised 11 hour tour which included a luau We were picked up late , which delayed our whole day of excursions by the time we got to the dole plantation we did not Have any time to do any of the tours all we got was a stupid cone of pine apple ice cream and back on the bus to cultural Center . Once we were on our way to cultural Center we found out that we are returning to hotel at 3pm which makes us miss the luau by 4 1/2 hours . Can’t say it was just us the other groups on the bus also were mis lead and believed the tour was 11 hours and included the luau! Total rip off!

This company is a scam. They advertise one thing but after you paid they don't provide what they have advertised. We went to this tour thru this company they then assign it to Aloha sunshine both are scammers. Part of our pkg it's said lunch and tour guide is included but both were not there and we had to pay extra to get food. After the tour I have submitted the refund request they simply advise that they cannot provide.
