Such a delightful way to arrive in Hawaii! We considered it part of the “Hawaiian experience”. Sanoe was so sweet. It took us a while to make it to luggage claim - she probably wondered how long she’d have to wait! She was very helpful in getting us to the car rental location. Thank you Sanoe!

It was amazing to walk up to baggage claim and see my husband's reaction to the amazing orchid lei's waiting for us with a sign sayings congrats on 20yr anniversary!! The orchids were so aromatic and beautiful!! Thank you for an amazing first time Hawaii experience!! 10 stars!!

first time in Hawaii...Loved the tours....However, for the older generation, be prepared for heavy traffic. I have arthritis in my legs, and it was hard to walk around without having to sit down a lot. Beautiful scenery of the ocean.

The leis were beautiful and that’s about it. I received multiple text messages about where to be but then I was told she was waiting on another party and would be right with us. It took a long time and then we were at the baggage claim carousel but never saw anyone. So I had to walk and go get her to come over to my family and it was nothing special about receiving the leis. It was money wasted because of the waiting and then how we were just kind of handed the leis. No picture taking or anything was even offered. Just get some leis from somewhere else at another point on your trip so you can enjoy your experience with them.

Lei person was not at the luggage drop off and did not message until I was already in transportation vehicle. Tried to call Viator twice when person was not at terminal for luggage and call only went to a messaging system saying they were CLOSED. I messaged and did NOT get a refund at all.

Aloha! We are Hawaii Flower Lei, the vendor, not a TripAdvisor-Viator agent. Our office hours on that day was 08:00 AM to 04:00 PM HST. There may have been a misunderstanding that the vendor and the retailer were one in the same, but our website indicates we are the vendor. The greeter was at the baggage claim for your confirmed flight provided to us. Our lei greeter had called and texted you with attempts to locate you, but there was no response. Additionally, we attempted to get the lei to your hotel, but we did not get any response from you either. We have attempted to call you numerous times, but your phone was not accepting our calls. We reached out to TripAdvisor-Viator to assist with communicating to you so we can proceed. However, by the time they responded, you were not at the hotel. We have no communication from you, but we did have attempts to reach you. We appreciate you providing us your feedback; however, please know we attempted to get the lei to you to our fullest extent. We hope you had a wonderful visit to the islands, nonetheless. Mahalo!
