Purchased this for trip to Hawai’i. When we landed the contact company for the leis did not have our information. Viator sent 2 emails right before the trip. I opened the first and it stated that the leis were confirmed and ready and to contact the delivery company at baggage claim. Reading that I didn’t look at the other email. They never confirmed with the service provider. Terrible experience and even worse customer service. I will never use this company again.

We were sent a text telling us exactly where we should meet her. She said Aloha, put our leis on us, suggested we take a cab to our hotel and that was the end of it. Didnt even offer to take our picture!!
