A must experience.
David_I, Mar 2023
This was an emotional experience that people need to see. A must experience when in Hawaii. I can’t imagine what those people went through.
Tom_D, Mar 2023
They would not honor this at the check-in. They said that I had to buy through them. Wasted day and money.
The headphones I paid for didn’t work😢
Ladell_D, Mar 2023
Been there before Have used your company before and been a bit disappointing maybe this will be my last time
Pearl Harbor a sweet reminder.
Laura_C, Mar 2023
The respect shown by the guides and amazing spirit and feeling of sacrifice the soldiers gave. Mervyn Bennion is my relative and I know his actions were heroic saving several lives before he died on the USS West Virginia.

Lesson learned
Leonard_T, Feb 2023
This was misleading. Thought this tour included going on the Arizona. It does not. To go on the Arizona, you need to go on their site directly. The Audio tours are available to purchase once on property. There was no value added by purchasing this in advance.

Wasn’t able to visit the memorial because tickets were sold out. Thought I was getting tickets thru this website but after paying found out this was not the case.
This is not a reservation to to tour the memorial. It is only an audio tour that you get anyway for free when you go.
Joan_B, Feb 2023
Total rip off. You get the audio your when you go through for free. Don’t bother paying for this. Skip this
Wonderfully informative.
Michael_M, Feb 2023
The narration was excellent; very informative; provided details that we did not have before. We’ve been here before(years ago) and this was the best-even if the wind prevented us from traveling over the USS Arizona itself. I’m so grateful to those brave men and women who gave their all for the cause of freedom. Thank you also to the very friendly, personable young people who checked us in!
Understanding - provided refund
Michelle_C, Jan 2023
I booked this narrated tour by mistake and only realized the day of of. I contacted viator and they refunded me with no problems. Easy company to deal with that I will consider for my future travels. Thanks for being understanding.
Not a full entrance to the park options
Diane_P, Jan 2023
The ticket got us into the park but didn’t tell us anywhere that we needed an additional ticket to actually enjoy the major activity, the boat ride out to the memorial. Irritating.
Very touching memorial!
Stella_K, Jan 2023
The marble wall of 1100+ men’s names who died inside the ship. I enjoyed the boat ride provided by a male & a female US naval sailors.

Very disappointed when we had to cancel there was no refund. Happy to donate to the preservation of the park but this seems like bad policy that should be revisited to allow refunds.

The attack museum was saddening. A good depiction of the horror of the event. The memorial is well presented.

Denise_D, Dec 2022
Nothing. Only got to see the Arizona. Waste of money to buy your "guided tour" it was free when we got there!
Response from Host, Dec 2022
Aloha Denise, We apologize that you did not have a satisfactory experience at Pearl Harbor. Our multimedia tours are in addition to the boat tickets and provide up to 4 hours of additional tour content at up to 27 locations throughout the park and on the memorial. If you had tried the tour content, you would have found it was hosted by Jamie Lee Curtiss, whose father was a decorated WWII Veteran, and had numerous actual videos and stories from real Pearl Harbor Survivors, WWII Veterans, and actual National Park Service Ranger historians. We hope you will have an opportunity to come back in the future and try to experience one of the numerous self-guided multimedia tours or one of the four Virtual Reality experiences. Warmest regards, Pacific Historic Parks Team
Wonderful experience
Jorge_D, Nov 2022
Best way to be informed on the events and history of this tragic day. Narrated by survivors, historian and Jamie Lee Curtis. Not sure we would have appreciated as much if we didn’t have this memorial information narrated.

Waste of money for us
Alan_S, Nov 2022
Enjoyed tour -Did not use narrated tour -did self tour without narration I was not informed enough on what I was paying for
Response from Host, Dec 2022
Aloha Alan, I have traveled the world, and it was only a while back I took my first real guided tour that I realized how much I have missed out on over those years. Most of the time is not what we are looking at but the stories of the people and history that bring it all alive, and when the storyteller or media is done right, the experience is moving and emotional. We hope you will have the opportunity to revisit us and take one of our multimedia tours hosted by Jamie Lee Curtis with stories and videos of real Pearl Harbor survivors, WWII veterans, and National Park Service Ranger historians. I promise you a world-class experience you will never forget. Warmest regards, Pacific Historic Parks Team
So disappointed we were not allowed to visit (but had tour tickets). Viator still has them.
Sharon_B, Nov 2022
Trying to obtain the $1 ticket required to enter. Every day, many times a day. System not working for weeks. Can’t believe Viator told us it was just a “boat ticket” and went ahead and sold us the tours. That’s not what everybody else calls it.
Response from Host, Dec 2022
Aloha Sharon, We are sorry you could not secure a ticket from the National Park Service for the boat online, it can be very busy and competitive sometimes. We do hope you will be able to revisit in the future and get tickets in advance and reserve one of the multimedia tours or VR packages we provide on Viator to make your visit to Pearl Harbor National Park complete. Warmest regards, Pacific Historic Parks Team
