The Tour will take you through the Visitor Center’s two world-class museums, and then along the shoreline for the incredible "Path of Attack Tour.” If you have reserved a boat ticket out to the USS Arizona Memorial, you will also have several narration stops while there. With this audio tour, learn at a pace that suits you about the infamous events of December 7, 1941 that propelled the United States into World War II. Please note: RESERVATIONS REQUIRED to access the USS Arizona Memorial. This tour does NOT include the boat tickets to the USS Arizona Memorial.

A:The boat ride is NOT included. You may reserve Boat Tickets at www.recreation.gov. Boat tickets are released daily, one week in advance, and cost $1.00 per person.

The respect shown by the guides and amazing spirit and feeling of sacrifice the soldiers gave. Mervyn Bennion is my relative and I know his actions were heroic saving several lives before he died on the USS West Virginia.

This was misleading. Thought this tour included going on the Arizona. It does not. To go on the Arizona, you need to go on their site directly. The Audio tours are available to purchase once on property. There was no value added by purchasing this in advance.

Wasn’t able to visit the memorial because tickets were sold out. Thought I was getting tickets thru this website but after paying found out this was not the case.
This is not a reservation to to tour the memorial. It is only an audio tour that you get anyway for free when you go.

The narration was excellent; very informative; provided details that we did not have before. We’ve been here before(years ago) and this was the best-even if the wind prevented us from traveling over the USS Arizona itself. The ticket got us into the park but didn’t tell us anywhere that we needed an additional ticket to actually enjoy the major activity, the boat ride out to the memorial. Irritating.

Very disappointed when we had to cancel there was no refund. Happy to donate to the preservation of the park but this seems like bad policy that should be revisited to allow refunds.

Our multimedia tours are in addition to the boat tickets and provide up to 4 hours of additional tour content at up to 27 locations throughout the park and on the memorial. If you had tried the tour content, you would have found it was hosted by Jamie Lee Curtiss, whose father was a decorated WWII Veteran, and had numerous actual videos and stories from real Pearl Harbor Survivors, WWII Veterans, and actual National Park Service Ranger historians. We hope you will have an opportunity to come back in the future and try to experience one of the numerous self-guided multimedia tours or one of the four Virtual Reality experiences. Trying to obtain the $1 ticket required to enter. Every day, many times a day. System not working for weeks. Can’t believe Viator told us it was just a “boat ticket” and went ahead and sold us the tours. That’s not what everybody else calls it.
