Great tour. The small group and enthusiastic tour guides made this the best tour of our trip. Recommend it highly. A bit more expensive than the big group tours but we’ll worth it.

Even though they sent me a confirmation with the pick up instructions the night before, no one showed to pick us up. We called the main office and they were trying to help us, but the Ottawa manager never answered the phone to explain why no one picked us as scheduled.

Cheap mini van to tour the city. Could not hear the guy in our middle seats. And part of our boat tour…they were booked when we got there and they could not put us on it! Poor!

Enjoyed this trip throughout. Land and canal both was nice. But land part was more interesting and interactive. Able to see the city from different angles. Chase was an excellent tour guide, very jovial and good at explaining history. Canal ride was relaxing. Thanks everyone for the memorable trip and would love to visit Ottawa again.

Our personal tour guide, Doug, was an amazing tour guide. His knowledge of Ottawa and Canada were top notch. We and our kids enjoyed the tour and the information, which isn’t an easy thing to accomplish. Would definitely go on another tour with him.

We were 45 minutes late being picked up at our Motel. We were dropped off for the boat cruise but left stranded in front of the Chateau Laurier at Rideau St. & Elgin St. for nearly 2 hours after the boat cruise.. Jason our tour guide never did show up. My granddaughter is disabled & we stood there & were cold & finally gave up waiting & had to find our way back to our Motel. We spoke to Andrea from Sightseeing Tours & she told us we are getting a full refund. The couple with us Janis & Neale were from Calgary & were thoroughly disgusted with the hospitality.He was using a walker & was elderly & was also very upset. I am expecting my full refund from Visator which was paid up front on my Capital One credit card. This was the most disappointing experience I have ever had with a Tour.
