Worst experience ever

The island hopping consisted to 10 minutes on 2 beaches on the same island. The boat ride was 30 minutes to the first beach then approximately an hour to the next one. The hot kawa pot was dirty and only one was available. The tour guide does not accompany you on the tour so I had to call from several different numbers to get the tour guide to answer to get the tickets to the parasailing and helmet diving. The pickup location was not accurate and the drop off location was in a different place. No one takes credit cards so always keep cash on you. These people do not own the attractions nor are they present for the event. they are brokers and youd have better luck booking in person. The cheapest rates are through the hotels.

Exceptionally disorganized. This trip specifies that they will pick you up from the hotel. We waited, and we called. Finally, 45 minutes after our planned pick up we were told to rent a Tricycle and come to Station 2... at additional expense. Once on board, 1 hour and 45 minutes after our 8:00 pick up time there was no communication. Different people on board were doing different sets of activities. So we'd stopped at Crystal Cove. Everyone disembarked and went their separate ways. The trouble is, only about 5 passengers should have disembarked. Then it took about 25 minutes to round everyone up for the next stop. Again, at the next stop no instructions were given and more confusion ensued. I finally spoke to the person who seemed to be in charge and explained why the group had no idea what was planned for which people: no one was telling us! Going forward, there were a few words: "Banana Boat" or "Helmet Diving" were stated. That helped immensely. I really enjoyed the activities. The lunch was good, as was the live band. But this really felt like their first outing ever.
