Great trip overall

Overall a great trip. Lots of islands visited and excellent lunch platter offered. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Helmet diving was amazing and we really recommend it. 40 php for snorkelling at crocodile island which was great too. Only issue was a confusion over start time - we booked for 9:30 and then had a text telling us to be there at 8. Then there was a 1hr delay on the boat.
Suggested improvements - note that the stops are only c.30min and you visit either magic island (250 php) or the crystal cove (300php) not both.

To start we were supposed to be picked up at our hotel, that changed 3 times in 24 hrs and at the last minute we had to hurry up and take a trike 15 mins to the meeting point. As it turns out we didn't have to hurry after all because our boat was 45 mins late picking us up, by the time we got to the first beach we had less than half an hour there, (not to mention the beach was covered is sharp coral which killed your feet). We then went to the second beach and was only to be there 30 mins. but the boat I guess left to get gas?? Anyway we were there almost an hour. We skipped the place to go cliff diving I guess because I never saw or was told where we would do that? Then we hit the final beach where we got lunch. Nobody explained what was what as far as food goes so I got in line and got 2 plates one for me and my fiancée only to arrive at the table to have a platter waiting and my fiancé saying this was our food? We at as much of both things as we could and ended up paying for the food we weren't to get. After eating we had other activities I guess that were to go on like the hot bath which was nothing more than a photo op verses and kind of real couples thing (completely sucked) I was expecting a bit of a romantic thing but no in and out and not even real fire or hot water warm because of the 60 people that went ahead of you that you now shared the same water with. Anyway while we were done with our stuff after that, but others had booked banana boat rides and and ufo rides, which we were the last to do everything, we had to wait for all that to be done and then was the last group to go do the helmet dive, which was pretty cool I guess if not very uncomfortable on your ears because of the pressure in the helmet but we got to stand there underwater and see some fish.. oh I forgot we did get to dive in the water with a mask between the 3 beaches we hit. No snorkel but a mask to dive under the water with and I saw some cool fish on the reef.. the last island we spent almost 4 hrs there our tour was only to be until 2:30-3 pm we didn't get back until almost 6 pm after the reef diving the rest of the trip was miserable with the exception of the helmet dive for 10 mins. I would definitely not do it again..
