      I enjoyed my river trip. The young lady giving the commentary was informative, interesting and funny at times. She was great. The boat was comfortable and easy to ride in.

      Fantastic river boar cruise, seeing a lot of the must see sights of Paris from the river seine. Our guide was excellent and spoke fluent English, so it was very easy to understand and hear what he was saying . Would highly recommend this trip for anyone visiting Paris and wants to take an hours rest and have a glass of wine or beer while seeing the sights .

      Took the first cruise of the day. Beautiful weather and boat was not crowded. Well worth the money however, I would not recommend buying through Viatour. It is significantly cheaper on the company's website, and you can buy a timed ticket.

      After a $20 taxi, we were dropped at the address provided us. It was a sidewalk on a bridge. Not a boat in sight. Asked 10 local store owners and pedestrians-all confirmed the address. This river cruise was a total scam. I called Viator. Because of the 9 hour time change no one answered. I emailed them and received a response that they would not be refunding me the $80 ticket price. They said they we sorry. Right. I will no longer be dealing with Viator for my future travel plans. Neither should you. Viator protects themselves and the scam businesses they protect. Not they're paying customers. And finally, another $20 cab fare back to the hotel.

      It was a very good trip, the captain gave both sides a chance to see the things upclose. The only thing is the boat is so loud that I can not understand any word the guide said. They should at least have a list of things they are talking about that way we can follow what he was talking about.

      I nice river cruise. Upstairs was all full but it was quite hot so sat downstairs which was nice but hard to see everything. But you could also go and stand up top and see the views and take pictures. I did have to contact Viator who sent a response fairly quickly about the times, which were very frequent and easy to find via Google maps. Overall a nice cruise.

      The views were amazing, timing just right - it stopped raining and sun had peaked out just before the sunset, knowledgeable and cheerful guide. The only disorganized part was knowing where to go once you arrive, with online reservations.

      This river cruise was very relaxing and enjoyable! It lasted exactly an hour which was the perfect amount of time. We saw many beautiful sites along the Seine River. The commentary was very helpful. There were a couple minor issues with the sound system but it didn't take anything away from the cruise. I reserved tickets the day before and loved having flexibility to do the river cruise at any time in the day that worked for our schedule.

In order to share your message with our technical team to fix the sound issue we would need to know on which day and which cruise you boarded. If you don't mind could please give some more details here or by mail ? Regarding the itinerary, you are right we do not sail all the way to the Liberty Statue as it would add 30 minutes to the tour. We would advise contacting us to get the full circuit map before buying if needed or checking the product description to see which monuments we pass by on the cruise to avoid this disappointment.       TOURS ARENT ALL DAY

      We had a layover and planned perfectly to enjoy the cruise and get back to airport but when we arrived at 11:50am we were told the next ride wasn’t until 1:15pm. We read that the tours were ALL DAY so it was disappointing to hear that we had to wait almost 1.5hrs for next tour, which would not be wise for our layover so we pre purchased tickets for nothing and gave our tickets to bystanders.

We always advise checking departure times online (which can be different depending on the day you choose) before going on site to avoid these situations. We have cruises operating all day long, with at least 20 departures daily right now from 10:45 to 22:45. We are sorry our departure times did not match your tight schedule, we would have loved to change the date of your ticket anytime during the upcoming year or later, if they had not been already used unfortunately.
