Wrong information on ticket-no boat tour

The biggest problem was that the river-dinner-tour was not taking place at the time it has been communicated at the tickets. Furthermore, nobody of the staff at the harbour knew about a tour at the communicated time. Moreover, the contact person couldn't be contacted by the telephone number.

Booked and then dropped our cruise without informing us!

We paid for a taxi and arrived early for our seating on the 6:00 Dinner Cruise. We were informed it was cancelled due to COVID and they only had the 8:30 cruise. We needed to be up early for our Versailles tour the next day. We need a refund.

Viator sold us a cruise dinner which could not exist: the bateaux-mouches are still closed! We came with our tickets and discovered that there was no cruise at all. We had therefore to leave and go to another restaurant.

Great time on the Seine

Really had a great time on the early cruise (18:15pm). Was with my wife and 2 kids (9 and 7) and the cruise was relatively empty. Food was more than adequate: I had a salmon filet and my wife had veal, while kids had chicken nuggets (homemade) and a chicken dinner. Views were great as was the weather. Service was great as well; Moissan was our waiter and was super helpful. All in all a great experience.

New years eve we went on this 3 course dinner cruise. Me and my girlfriend got food poisoned from the dessert we think to believe. This Ice-cream protiforoless We been sick all day and night since 03:30 am. we came home until 16:00 pm.. we had it both ways and we went to the hospital from 18:00-21:00 got some check and Medicine. This was a nice evening dinner cruise. The meal was great! Our service was good as well. My only concern was it took three requests to get them to turn on the air conditioning during record temperatures topping 100 degrees. The manager did finally agree and then offered complimentary bottle service to make up for the delay. We left feeling great about it. Overall I would recommend this cruise.

I was very disappointed with this dinner cruise.I have previously been on this cruise and was extremely happy with it which is why I purchased the cruise as a thankyou present.We were seated at a table which was squashed between 2 others so we were not able to get out of our seats during the cruise.When the wine was opened it was spilt on the table.Our meal was hurried,my uncle had stale bread with his Duck foie gras,we had to ask for our tea and coffee and when it came we had to ask for milk and were told sorry there was no milk and were offered and given custard.I was extremely upset as this was supposed to be the highlight of our stay in France.I realise that this was the early dinner cruise however it was too hurried and perhaps they need to allow longer for the cruise and dinner.It was certainly not worth the money I paid.I have tried to contact the Bateaux Mouches company but have not been able to directly speak to someone

The dinner was good and the wait staff was friendly. Our disappointment came from unwashed windows. Even though it was misting rain on the night we went on the dinner cruise the windows were still dirty. The musical accompaniment was not what I expected. The music was just background music, not what I would call musical accompaniment. The photographer was an added treat.

It was lovely, but a bit rushed. It would have been nice to have had longer to finish our food and wine. We also were a bit disappointed that despite telling the staff that I needed gluten free food, when booking, there were no gluten free items speicifically marked, on the menu. There was also no gluten free bread available. Which seems crazy as almost every other restaurant I have been in recently, if you order in advance, is perfectly happy to provide GF bread or rolls. And when it came to tea and coffee, it had to be black. Why not have milk available, not everyone wants black tea or black coffee.

I'd booked this as a surprise for my partner and was really looking forward to the experience, however it fell short of my expectations. We were supposed to board at 5.30 pm but it was 20 mins late. Live music was promised but there was none. The meal was very good and the staff were attentive.

Bonjour nous avons passé un bon moment le tour en bateau est agreable et le personnel d’accuel irreprochable MAIS j’ai été malade en rentrant, je doute de la qualité de la nourriture, d’autre part du reggaetton pour un dîner en amoureux c’est bizarre, la musique diffusée n’était franchement pas fameuse! (sans tomber dans des clichés parisiens non plus!!)... Je n’ai pas apprécié et je ne vais pas en rester là pour la demande de de dernière minute (l’arnaque total) d’avoir d’exiger 11 € par personne car c'est la St Valentin!!! c’est un scandale !!

Et bien pour couronner le tout au moment d'embarquer pour le fabuleux diner-croisière la cie des bateaux -mouches ne me trouvais pas dans ces réservations et il a fallu parlementer et justifier du règlement pour enfin pouvoir y accéder . Par contre tout c'est bien passé par la suite et je ne peux que recommander cette soirée.
