The most memorable time of the cruise was watching the Eiffel Tower sparkle from the water. We also enjoyed the food & drink favors as we cruised.

Taking a river cruise was on the top of my list during my visit. This cruise was absolutely perfect! We took the 5 pm which was great because we got to see everything at night. Definitely visit the Francette Penthouse bar restaurant before and after your cruise, you won't be disappointed!
Flashing Lights on the Eiffel Tower a must see

It was a rainy cold day in Paris, which added to a little luster bummer for us. We had a 4:30PM to hopefully do a sunset cruise, which would not happen due to weather. It seems we were scheduled in an open-air boat, that did not look like picture of boat we were supposed to be on. We question the boat, and they said the 5:00PM boat was the one in the picture and we could switch to the 5:00PM boat, we jumped at this option due to the weather conditions. Make sure you get a seat where you can see both sides, we were on the right middle area, and could not see any of the sites that were pointed out on the left. The top would be best but due to weather conditions this was not an option for us. You need to ask for your champagne, no was coming around to serve and take care of you for this. The best was the flashing lights on our return on the Eiffel Tower, very cool for sure! This is a very nice way to see a lot of the beautiful sites with a water view!

The cruise and associated commentary was first class...the only negative was that on my Boat their was confusion if the glass of champagne was free....an announcement by staff would of helped.

Not being let on the boat we paid to be on. We showed up with digital tickets from booking on line and they said we had to wait in line at the ticket booth for paper ticket. At ticket booth window our boat was about to sail and she said just to go down to the queue so we did without paper tickets. Boat was still there but they said we had to get in the next boat. They let several more people on with paper tickets before it left while we stood. Then we were placed on a much lesser quality boat.

We felt the information on how to locate the tour was inadequate and possibly more detail could have been given, also we booked for the champagne tour and at no time did anyone offer this to us we had to request it, the tour however was very informative and didn’t miss any of the land marks that we all came to see and once we got our champagne it was delicious. I would recommend this tour but give your self time to find it.

The place to embark was easy to find. The seats were very cramped on the top deck. The tour was good and the guide was good. However we paid for a boat cruise with champagne and there was no champagne!

Wonderful boat tour if you need to fill time as it only runs about an hour. Guide spoke perfect English and French and has a nice collection of facts queued up about major landmarks along the river. Weather was incredible which made it all the more enjoyable. Champagne, beer, sodas and crepes available for purchase. (The sparkling rosé is quite nice).

Amazing experience and one of our favourites from our time within Paris. We had a little bother finding the meeting location as it explains it as the bottom of the Eiffel Tower - ignore this as it’s just a set of steps you follow straight down to the water bank that is across the road from the Eiffel Tower. Other than this the experiment was one in a million. Will definitely be returning on our next visit.
