Horrible experience, don’t use Global Tours and Tickets

This experience with Global Tours and Tickets was awful!!! They are completely disorganized and impossible to reach through the viator platform or by phone.
Here’s what happened: the first part of the 3 part tour was changed, they stated Saint Chapelle made a change they had no control over and we could not longer visit that day and had to pick a different day for that portion of the tour. Inconvenient to say the least but I gave them benefit of the doubt that it really was out of their control. So then I asked where to meet on the original day for the remainder of the tour (the river cruise and the Eiffel Tower). According to their itinerary they sent out 3 months in advance the schedule was 11am Saint Chapelle, 2pm Seine river cruise, 4pm Eiffel Tower. They told me the location of where to meet at 4pm for the Eiffel Tower, but where was I supposed to meet them for the 2pm cruise? They never gave me a direct answer. I had to call frantically multiple times on the day of and finally after 4 attempts they answered and gave a general location and pier to go to. We specifically asked on the phone if we needed tickets and they said no. We get to the Pier and they ask to see our tickets which we were just told we didn’t need. So we had to call back another 3 or 4 times before anyone answered and got them to finally send the tickets over. It was almost 2:30 by that time and we were still supposed to meet them at the meeting point at 4pm for the Eiffel Tower. We met with the tour guide and group at 4pm, the tour guide was fine, he walked us over to the Eiffel Tower, gave us 15 minutes of history, and that was it, he left after we passed through security and we were on our own again. He did hand us our admission tickets to Saint Chapelle.
I complained to them via message about the confusion with the river cruise and they claimed they didn’t know what the confusion was about despite never giving me a meeting location or the tickets needed to enter. They had sent a map of the river cruise location at 2:15pm, which was after the scheduled time of 2pm and after I had to make multiple phone calls to get what I needed. They claim it’s not an issue because the cruise didn’t need to be at 2pm it could be any time, that was not explicitly stated to use and that’s not the point! My itinerary is not flexible because we are doing several tours so it needs to happen when it was originally scheduled, per their itinerary, sent out 3 months in advance. Overall incredibly frustrating when we are supposed to be on vacation and having a nice time.
