    Tooooo crowded, packed, you can't see or hear much of the tour !! dirty toilets and unorganized Did not enjoy it!!

    This was nice but nothing particularly special. Good to get an idea of the layout of the city and to know what you're looking at. I imagine the lunch or dinner cruise would be even better. Our guide gave us good detail and it was what I expected.

    The sound system is horrible! I did this tour with my sister last week, sat in front of the boat and was frustrated with the quality of the tour guide. He was close to us, but there was a lot of static and what he said was loud and garbled. I already had purchased tickets to go on this tour again with friends that had just arrived from the United States. This time we sat in the back of the boat, hoping the sound system to be better. It wasn’t! It was so soft, that we couldn’t understand a word the tour guide said. I even told one of the employees that we couldn’t hear, but I was pretty much ignored. Don’t waste your money or time with this tour!!!

    I didn’t have a problem with the actual boat ride, but the sound system was horrible. It was extremely difficult to understand anything the gentleman said.

    We were charged for a lunch a snack glass of champagne. We got neither. The cruise team sent us to another dock for lunch saying they weren’t responsible for the lunch. They kicked us back to the other sick. This team is not well managed and we over paid. Don’t waste your money.

    Three of us took this tour and we’re so glad we did! Seeing Paris from the water is a wonderful perspective and our guide did a masterful job with her remarks. They were timed perfectly as you cruised.
