What fun! We had a wonderful guide who is passionate about cooking, food, Paris, and Julia. He made the day so much fun. The group comprised of couples and singles and we had a great time together. We learned about Paris history and culture, how french food evolved, what's important to them in their food and cooking, tasted exquisite French food, learned about Julia's time in Paris - what she loved, where she ate, what inspired her - and got to see some of her favorite places, restaurants, and where she lived. Very worthwhile and a great way to get an overview of Paris, too!

Worthy experience

We spent a delightful afternoon walking the trail of Julia Childs years in Paris. Learning about the era she lived and worked in and the changes in areas during her stay. It was more than tasting menu from quiche, ham cheese crepe, eclair, macroon ending with wonderful wine cheese near her apt!! Our guide was very knowledgeable and made her commentary a personal experience! It's a 5 star tour!
