When booking, choose either a morning or afternoon departure time for your shopping adventure to La Vallée Village. Your trip starts by boarding your luxury coach or mini-coach for the drive from Paris to the open-air outlet center, located in the countryside not far from Disneyland Paris.

When you arrive, you have hours of free time to shop to your heart’s content at more than 100 designer shops and other high-end boutiques. Purchase goods from past collections of both French and international brands at discounts up to 33% off, and head to eateries like Natalie’s Café or Amorino when you need a break (own expense).

Several of us left behind in the factory outlet because of the lady who was in charge told us to take the same bus to go back to paris. But actually it wasn’t the same bus. So we waited the same bus to come. And never came. We had to take uber back to paris. This is the lady from the paris city vision (I think her name is Valentina). So next time should be better explanation and clear english.

I was given an address to wait for the bus. It didn’t come and when I called to complain and ask for credit they hung up the phone on me. Do not buy from Tour operator. Best to take public transportation.

The bus was comfortable. Information on ticket was somewhat inconsistent with real time: e.g exact address of but pick up. Return departure time on ticket was 3pm but bus departed at 2:30. Luckily we had arrived what we thought was very early otherwise we would have missed the bus back. Important to confirm times and places with bus driver.

The shopping experience was excellent. The drive there was quick, comfortable and on-time. The shops are pretty high-end, such as Gucci, Burberry, Jimmy Choo, Versace, Chloe, Zegna and Loro Piana. So if you are thinking you are going to a mid to low end outlet with rock bottom prices you will be disappointed. If are looking to score some higher cost items with a decent discount (and an additional 12% off if you have a non-EU passport for the return of most of the VAT) then it is great. We went during the holiday sales seasons and found the prices to be discounted 20-30% from retail and another 20-40% for the holiday sales.

La vallée village is a rare outlet with brands like Gucci, Zegna, dunhill, Ferragamo, Fred Perry, timberland etc. Both myself and my wife enjoyed shopping there. We compared metro and the bus. Metro will cost around 15euros for return trip. The bus ride cost 25 euros with guaranteed seats. Maybe because I'm not local, i feel safer taking the bus then carrying my purchases through the metro. After hours of shopping, we were so glad that that we picked the comfortable bus option instead of the metro. Details - I went with the half day tour from 9.30 to 4pm. Most of the pessengers were Asians. There were 2 buses to pick us up in the morning, and 3 buses to send us back in the evening. We reached the outlet at around 11am due to bus and traffic delays. It took us around 2 hours to checked out all brands we were interested in from the start to the end of the outlet, then another 1.5-2 hours to buyer everything we need. We were done at around 3pm and had another hour to rest and wait for the bus.

Easy to find where bus left from. Bus trip was comfortable and quick. I would suggest you sign up to La Vallée website before you go. You then show them your QR code for a discount book where you get 10% off at any 6 stores. I think about 4 of them were excluded. Another huge mall is located next door to the outlets which is great for middle of the road chain store type shops. There is something for everyone. We took the full day and used every hour. Highly recommend this trip if you enjoy shopping.

Good bus ride but what a waste of time and money

For someone from New York, the prices are ridiculously too high and the place has nothing extra but that cannot be found in the city malls. My hotel was so close to a better mall with about the same price range so the trip was a waste of time and money for me, and even if there was no mall close to my hotel, I still wouldn't buy anything from the village mall.

This outlet has all top names for discount prices. At the end of shopping center is a huge mall as well which was great for 1/2 day tour unless your goal is to break the bank. Very pleasant day and my daughter was able to get a MJ purse for much less than in the states.
