To access the restaurant you will need to go to the checkpoints located in the South and East gardens at 01:00 pm and present the confirmation email. Then, you must go to the Restaurant welcome desk to pick up your lift ticket that gives a reserved access to the first floor of the Eiffel Tower.

We arrived early to get ahead of the rush and head inside to relax. We were told we couldn’t come in until 1 pm period. Then, there was a crowd of people trying to get in at that time. Once in the restaurant, we were herded around and told to wait in three different places until 1:40. B There were only two choices for your Appetizer, Entree, and Dessert. Most disappointing.

Poor exclusive experience

We had to be in line for 2 hours under the sun before accessing the lift.This is ment to be an exclusive experience and it wasn’t.we were in line like everyone else.The food and service were ok nothing fancy.We we’re charged for 1bottle of water 10 euros even though 2 soft drinks were included in the package and we had only 1 coke and the 1 bottle of water which we were charged for. The menu definitely wasn’t worth it the price we paid nor the over all experience

The experience eating at the Eiffel Tower was great, however viatour made this a terrible experience. They did not confirm the booking with the restaurant and we were left without a table when we turned up. Luckily the Eiffel Tower staff were awesome and managed to fit us in. This also happened to 2 other families whilst we were waiting.

Madame Basserie treated...

Madame Basserie treated us very well and adapted one meal to our family member’s allergy. We appreciated their kind service. However, Viator did not actually book our reservation. And we were one of a series of bookings Viator failed to book, despite charging us in full. With some phone calls, Madame Brasserie was able to accommodate us as booked. I would not recommend booking this reservation with Viator.

The view from our seats was wonderful. The service once we were seated was also very good. The waiting time in line to get our tickets was not good. We waited 25-30 minutes. Then we had to wait outside the restaurant for 10-15 minutes in the rain. It’s seems like they would have a place for people to wait out of the weather.

More Than I Expected!

My wife and I had a great experience. The entry to the elevator on the Tower was quick and easy as we were able to skip the long line waiting to go up to the different levels. The restaurant took us on time and we were seated in a very beautiful room with a great view down to the areas surrounding the tower. The food was upscale, interesting and delicious. The service was excellent. All in all, a great experience.
