Went with my elder mum and two sisters, we really really enjoyed it. The food was really good, we had a glass of champagne each and a bottle of red and white wine on the table. The serving staff were really lovely and the service was very prompt.

It was not real Bateau Mouche, very poor quality, personal was poorly trained, boat had very short route, food was ok, tables were dirty & had no table closes. I put one star because TJ lady sings well.

Excellent on board the boat. However, the directions for the meeting point were incorrect with several groups asking at the public boat ticket booth and the lady there could tell us where to go.

Great window views, great meal accompanied by lady singer . We wanted an early dinner cruise as this left at 7 pm and returned at 8:15 pm . The Bateau Mouche and Bateaux Parisen dinner cruises with music left at 9:15 pm and returned at 11:30 pm which was too late for us we wanted an early cruise with music. As it turned the Viator cruise was great , the only shortfall was it could have been another 1/2 hour longer and ended at 8:45 pm as the cruise felt a little rushed but overall, a GREAT experience

The food was gross. There were some upgraded items for more money, which I thought was tacky. We did not receive 1/2 bottle of Champagne per person. The singer left a lot to be desired. Everything was clean and our waiter was nice. The best part was seeing the Eiffel Tower.

I got the fish with risotto. It was bland. Appetizer was delicious. Water is not included so be prepared to spend $8 if you want that or a soft drink and more for cocktails. Also, if you order an old fashion it’s 90% oj and SPARKLING water. Sun sets suppppeer late so you won’t see the tower lit up if you do the early dinner cruise.

Got lucky with weather being 75 F and sunny but would have been nice if the boat kept window open to get a breeze as was quite hot on board during dinner. Staff were pleasant and quick. Food was surprisingly good for a boat cruise. Was surprised that there was no announcements of major landmarks as we sailed by. I would definitely say they need to add that feature. Otherwise a nice trip

As a tour we weren’t expecting too much from the food, but it turned out to be good. Being seated at a table while touring sites of Paris from the river is a special experience. Our singer did a very good job with a variety of music spanning decades. We were glad we booked it.

I purchased 2 tkts and 3 tkts the 2 tkts cost $250 and some change, the 3 tkts for same cruise and dinner cost over $400? Not sure about you but this doesn’t compute correctly So I was over charged $25. I person in our party didn’t receive her meal until after we received our dessert. The lady singing was really loud, we couldn’t hear ourselves talk. That said, we enjoyed the cruise, we loved the song selection as we passed by the Eiffel Tower, and when we saw lady liberty and the Eiffel at the same time. If I were to do it again, I think I’d take a cruise that provided information about the history and the buildings we passed by. The food was not what I was expecting for France, the fish and the risotto wasn’t great, in fact it was like oatmeal I didn’t even finish it

Had a lovely time on the early evening dinner cruise. Scenery was marvelous, dinner was tasty and service good as well. At checking you are asked to ‘pay’ for window seat and I did but on boarding discovered almost all tables are at a window. Felt like a scam. Oh well, a small cost to ensure the perfect Paris experience.
