An unforgettable and magical evening My wife and I wanted to send the warmest thank you to the amazing VIP team for such a magical evening. The food was up to French exquisite cuisine standards, complimented by a quality wine selection. The rooftop view on the whole of Paris at night was unique. The crew was wonderful and diligently took care of all our special requirements. We even benefitted from a professional photographer onboard which meant that we with a memory of this unforgettable experience! We could not recommend it more!

Seine River Dinner Cruise was lovely

Experiencing the Seine River with friends. Your meeting points was less than desirable, very confusing and difficult to follow. Food was decent and musician was okay.

Thé most part was just passing the Eiffel Tower that’s it. The whole meal was not ok for us and I honestly think it’s not worth it only thing about it is the boat looks really great. Food need more improvements because we tell them that we need our meal well done and they give us half cook meal not knowing not all people love to see the blood in the meat and we needed to photo it was just ok and wouldn’t go again to be honest

Frustrating experience

We were seated at the only table on the entire boat that had someone with their back to the front of the boat. Why would anyone want to cruise down the Siene with a view of the dining room and not the River? Most other tables were turned sideways so both could see out. Incredibly disappointing.

It is true that it is always more pleasant to have seats just in front of the bay windows to enjoy the view, but our large bay windows allow great visibility, even if we are not positioned directly in front of these last. For the next times, know that you can reserve your window seat or share your request with our team, I am sure that we could have found an arrangement. See you on board.

The views were nice, but the service on this cruise was poor and inadequate for the number of customers it holds. The boat also doubles as a small hotel, so hotel customers seems to have priority over those not staying on-board. Upon arrival, I waited at least a half hour just to get a drink (even water) and the server wouldn't allow me to order directly at the bar. I finally made my way to the upstairs deck, but it was too cold to remain there for long (no heaters up there or blankets available, though I did have a heavy jacket and gloves). We were seated at an inner-table downstairs, so didn't have "great" views - we had to lean over other tables to see outside properly. I had expected an announcement at each view point (like "on the left, please gaze at Notre Dam") but that didn't occur so we missed many of the icons. The food was ok; not great but not bad either. If I had to do again, I would look into booking a different cruise than this one.

The Dinner cruise was amazing. Very nice staff, met wonderful people. It is great for a celebration. The place to board was very inconvenient for cab drivers and uber. I will do it again. Singer was good too.

Seine, lit up. Lovely views from inside as well as out. Food very good; salmon, veal, no scrimping. A bit difficult to find and get taxi home from is only complaint.

We spent a great time, the staff are extremely friendly and the food is really good and well prepared. The window tables were unfortunately all booked so they offered us complementary champagne to make it up to us, truly appreciated. I would certainly recommend this cruise.

This a very lovely experience. Highly recommend it for couples, friends and solo travelers. Everything was a breeze, from booking tickets to closing out at the end of the night. Dinner was served over the course of the cruise and spectacular. The flavors and presentation were very nice. I wish we had known the boat was also a hotel! If you read this before booking your hotel, then book a room the night of your dinner or for your stay. A great concept! The crew is efficient, delightful, multi-skilled and absolutely wonderful. This has been my best Viator experience to date.
