Stranded at the airport

Unsatisfactory! Our flight was delayed by approximately one hour. The driver obviously never checked to see what our actual arrival time was going to be. I couldn’t call him while in an airplane over the Atlantic. When we arrived I turned on my cell phone to contact our prepaid driver. He sent a text message to my telephone saying he waited an hour but when we didn’t show up….he left. When I contacted him he stated I would have to request another driver. Stranding me and my wife at the airport. We had to wait in a long line to get a taxi and of course pay for the trip again. I’m not satisfied and request an immediate refund.
