Take big bus tours

This was horrible. Ear plugs worked hall the time, meeting place hard to find, disorganized, facts very boring, did not see some major buildings and went by many places twice. A terrible experience.

The city tour and sight Seine River were great. We enjoyed the tours very much, but the meeting point was terrible. The address on the ticket was different from the actual meeting point. We stayed at the address on the ticket for almost 1/2 an hour and didn't see anyone showed up, so we decided to ask other tour guides and luckily we found out that we needed to check in in the office next to where it's stated on the ticket. We almost missed our tours.

Confusing

First off being from the US and not knowing anything about Paris,I felt very confused as to how to find the location for catching the bus. The bus ride was ok but most of the time was spent listening to music as we sat in traffic. The river ride was good but at no time we were instructed to keep our headsets to listen to various locations along the way. And, afterwards we were left at the Seine to figure out how to get back to our original location. If I had to do it again, I would have spent my time in Paris exploring on my own.

If you take this tour make sure you're on the upper deck on the bus or else you'll end up missing a lot! The river cruise was just okay. Take it only to say that you sailed the Seine a being there, done that kindda thing.

This tour did not even last an hour. We only saw the Eiffel Tower, Opera House and Champs Elysees Arch de Triomphe. We were told they would not be doing the river cruise and to try to get a refund with Viator. They would not let us join the others going to the Eiffel Tower, they just dropped us off at the Eiffel Tower after only one hour. The Hop On Hop off bus was more informative. The guide never spoke. We just had a recording like the Hop On/Off buses. She never added any additional information.

We took this tour in the morning and it was such a great way to start our day. The bus tour took us to major sites and we ended at the pier. We boarded the boat and cruised down the Seine. It was a little cloudy start to the day but by the time the river cruise ended, the sun was out and it was a glorious day. This is a really good tour to take because you get to see some of the major sites on the bus tour and then you get to enjoy a wonderful cruise down the Seine - this is a great tour!

Great experience! We signed on for a 3 hour tour including bus and a river cruise starting at 15:00. At this time of year I highly recommend this time slot. When you start it's still a daylight and by the time you finish it is dark which makes it perfect for your Eiffel tower night photos. It may be little chilly however, make sure you get a nice spot at the top - outside. Haris.

This was a really nice tour. Headphones were provided by the tour guide upon boarding the bus, and you just had to select the appropriate channel for your language - the tour was prerecorded. There were lots of interesting historical facts presented along the way. Only a few people on our bus had selected the Seine River Cruise, which was at the end of the tour, and there was a bit of confusion when we arrived at the dock as to what we were supposed to do. The boat ride was nice, but there was no guide to provide any information on what you were seeing as you cruised past. It was still nice and relaxing.

It was a good first day tour to check out the highlights and sites. The bus tour took you through Paris. The river cruise was fun and nice. It made it possible to see the landmarks from a different aspect. Notre Dame is beautiful from the river bc you can see all the detail along the back side.
