Upon arrival at the airport you must collect your luggage and proceed to the customs hall. The driver will be waiting for you holding a sign with the lead traveler's name written on it.

What To Expect

  • Infants can be booked on this transfer if customers bring their own baby seat. Please note that supplier doesn't provide baby seats and won't accept infants without baby seats
  • The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions
  • Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

  • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

When Booking Service, Our Flight Information Was Given. Our Flight Was Delayed (Viator Should Have Known This Since We Gave Them Our Flight Number). They Were A No Show. I Called When We Landed And Assured All Was Good For Pickup. NO REFUND GIVEN!!!!

Our flight was delayed then canceled due to the winter storm. This company was contacted 24 hours before the scheduled pick up to inform them the flight was canceled and we would not make it at the scheduled time. Still, they would not provide refund or offer a credit for future use. They charged me for a service never rendered and then sent this link asking for a review. Be careful when booking with Viator.

Very nice driver. Not a luxury vehicle, a used Prius. But met on time and was taken care of! The traffic was bad going into the city and the driver did his best to make it quick.

I was very disappointed in the service. Our driver, who had a half tank of gas, insisted for stopping for gas while taking us to our hotel. That is something that should be taken care of before picking up customers. We had a short visit in Paris and wasted our vacation time stopping to get gas. I would not recommend this company.

Extremely disappointed and upset by this experience. My boyfriend and I had a long layover in Paris (about 22 hours), so we decided to come into the city for the night. We were supposed to land at 7:05 pm local time, and I booked us a dinner boat tour at 9:45 pm —- so we were in a bit of a rush. Thus, I booked the car service, so we would have an easy time navigating the airport, leaving, and getting to our hotel in central Paris as quickly as possible. I’ve used car services in the past, so I expected this to be a nice experience to reduce stress during our travels. I can say, I actually regret booking this service. We landed late and made it to baggage around 7:50 pm. When we got there, no one was waiting for us. So, we went out the exit, walking past all the drivers with signs. Still no one there with our name. I looked so stressed, an airport staff member was kind enough to ask what was wrong and helped us call the company to find out what was going on. They told him we needed to walk down to area 16 (even though the instructions given said the driver would meet us with a sign at baggage claim). We walked down to the area, which was quite far and had a bunch of idle taxis. No one was there. I was getting really nervous, we would miss our dinner reservations which were non-refundable. Finally, our driver came up to us. He didn’t apologize or acknowledge that we had been looking for him for over 20 minutes and that he wasn’t inside to greet and help us. Then he just walked away and had us follow him across the dark parking lot to his taxi. He didn’t offer to help with the luggage or anything. I was extremely upset because I paid about double what a regular taxi from the airport would have been for a smooth and easy transition from the airport. Instead it was very stressful and in a regular taxi, not a private car. It was very hot and the driver was unhelpful. Certainly the worst experience I’ve had with something like this. I highly recommend using a different service.

hello - as per our terms and conditions - that you agreed to - we wait one hour after the flight has landed . Your flight was late and you exited customs after the hour wait time had passed . Unfortunately your original driver had left and your reservation would have been classed as a no show - however as a a goodwill gesture we did find you another vehicle at our expense . It was not your fault that you were late but it was neither ours and therefore your complaint is with the guilty party ie. the airline . Your booking was for a transfer service from point A to point B and not a driver at disposal . I hope that you made it to your dinner reservation on time and enjoyed your stay in Paris . Thank you for your feedback .

This company no showed us at the airport even though we confirmed correct pick up time in military hours. For a refund, they told us to contact Viator. Still waiting to hear back from them. Also - an Uber was cheaper than this was going to be anyway. Super disappointed.

Hit and miss - 1 of 3 times was a 100% amazing

It's a hit a miss. Sometimes the service is accurate to their description, meaning the meet-and-greet service with the driver holding signage by the exit after customs and luggage is actually standing there.. on other occasions the driver is absent and it takes quite a few calls before a possibility of getting any real time information regarding driver whereabouts. I've given three chances, its 1 of 3 that was a 100% amazing. With that said, the driver themselves were nice, friendly, safe driving, reached the destination in a timely fashion.

Driver arrived an hour late, no contact no idea. We paid for 4 pax but it came with a small car and we had 4 large and 4 small luggages. The company did not ask the number of luggages. He managed to squeeze it all in his small car and drove like a madman even drove on the bus lane and swirved like he’s on a video game whilst his car had check engine lights on and we were in shocked

As soon as we arrive, we get a phone call that their office doesn’t work at night and they have paid a separate company for our private transportation service. Then our driver picks us up almost an hour late. To top it off, they sent a smaller vehicle which didn’t fit us all with our luggage as I specifically asked for when I first booked the private transportation. Then the driver called his boss, and his boss tells him he doesn’t care, and he doesn’t wanna hear about it, that we can just simply find another way of transportation as he does not care and it’s not his problem. After speaking to whoever it is that called me originally and ME making it a big problem. They figured out a way to squish us all in there with the luggage and ourselves like a rat pack. For that I could have done 2 Uber vans and spent less!! Not happy about the experience and lack of ethic !
