You will be met at your Paris accommodation (postcode beginning 75 only) by the driver at least four (4) hours before your scheduled flight departure time, within a 20 minute window.

What To Expect

Skip the stress of booking a taxi or finding a shuttle service when your Paris trip comes to an end. Just enter your flight and accommodation details when you book, pay in advance, and then show your voucher to your driver.

Pickup is available from hotels with zip codes ranging from 75001 to 75020. Travel in a comfortable hybrid car or minivan, depending on your group’s size. Transfer services are available from 4am until 11pm, 7 days a week. (Please note: On December 24 and 31, transfers are available until 6pm.)

Price is per person, based on eight (8) passengers per vehicle.

  • Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable

  • Please note when you book you must note the departure flight time and not the hotel pick-up time. Hotel pick-up time is calculated to be 4 hours prior to flight time information provided.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

  • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Traveller Tips

A taxi or Uber would have been about the same (perhaps a little cheaper), but peace of mind for a 5 am pickup was what I needed.
A last minute pick up time change was more difficult than it had to be but the vendor was not difficult about it.

Driver arrived to what I thought was early but it was three hours earlier than my flight time (930 flight 530 arrival) this was fine because we had planned for 6. The driver check with hotel desk and waiting 15 minutes for us to come down. He got us there with more than enough time. It was with the savings of $80 to us this service vs the hotel’s car service Since I had many bags a taxi would not have been an option for my family.

So thankful to be able to book this in advance! I didn’t know how we were going to get our family of 4, with 4 very big suitcases, to the CDG airport from central Paris in the early morning hours otherwise. Many cabs won’t even accept 4 people at a time, let alone 4 with big suitcases. Will definitely pre-arrange car service through Viator in the future!

We were ecstatic to see our driver, Oliver, at the pick up spot ahead of time. Everything was very professional (something sorely missing in a lot of businesses these days.) We used this service on arrival also. Both times the cars were very clean. This is now our "go to" transfer service.

Excellent service provided by Paris Shuttle and their driver! Driver is very friendly, patient, helpful and careful in driving. Luckily he came early to fetch us to the airport as we were stuck in a traffic jam due to a car accident. We had many heavy luggages and he didn’t mind it at all.

I scheduled pick up service at 7:00 am in Paris. They didn’t show up, when I called they had my pick up time at 3:00pm which was the time I was landing in the US!

Excellent service on Parishuttle transfer to CDG airport, booked through Viator.The driver was super helpful and knew a great shortcut to get us to the right terminal in terrible traffic. He helped us with our bags and walked us into the terminal to make sure we knew where we were going. Also spoke good English and very friendly guy. Arrived right on time. I recommend!

There was a lot of fine print given AFTER you make the purchase (which is nonrefundable) regarding bags and timing that added so much stress, when the whole reason we booked a car versus taking public transit was to reduce stress before our international and very early flight. We originally wanted to be picked up at 7:30am for our 10:40 flight, which would still give us plenty of time at the airport, and let us sleep a bit after flying in late the night before. But after we purchased the car, they told us that the drive would pick us up 4 HOURS before our flight no matter what, and that we would be charged for each addition bag past a carry on. So we had to make sure our checked bags went to our final destination (which eventually got lost) so we didn’t get charged. And then our driver showed up 45 minutes BEFORE the scheduled 4 hour departure and made us rush down, and then made us feel like we did something wrong by not being ready when he got there. He was also talking on the phone and looking at his phone the whole 30 minute drive, while also speeding and leaving his blinker on. I will NEVER be using Viator for their car service ever again.

We booked a private transfer for party of 4 to CDG. The car that came to pick us up was a Prius. Only 2 passengers and driver barely fitted in the vehicle with luggage. Had to get an Uber for the other 2 passengers. The cost of the transfer was 4 times more than the cost of an Uber. Terrible

Our driver arrived a few minutes early and loaded all of our many pieces of luggage into his SUV. He drove very efficiently and safely, maneuvering rush hour traffic like a pro! We were thrilled to get to the airport much early than we envisioned, and our driver unloaded all of the luggage for us to put on airport carts. We wholeheartedly recommend Viator airport transfers based on our experience with him and with the first driver who met us at the airport a week earlier and transported us into Paris.

We used the aviator/Paris Shuttle for airport transfers. The service was reliable, responsive and clean! The 8-passenger van had plenty of room for one big luggage per 8 persons and 1-2 carry ons per person as well. We definitely will use them again.
We almost missed out flight

On the platform, it only asked for where to pick up in Paris to go to Orly and the flight carrier (in my case it was Easy Jet) and when the flight departure time was. No mention nor option to specify the pick up time from the hotel. I had to initiate a communication with the vendor (i.e. Paris Shuttle) about location and time of pick up. And the driver was late for 30 minutes and we almost missed out flight. We had to run like crazy to the check in to beat the gate closure, only by 5 minutes. Would never recommend it to anyone else nor use it again.
