A cruise up and down the Seine is a must in Paris, and best done around sunset til dark when one can see the monuments in all their glory.

If this was at least a third cheaper, I would recommend this, but it's very expensive and there's better ways to get a good meal and a good view of the city.

I included picture of stairs and boat sign. Not hard to find, middle of bridge go down stairs and first dock in left. I was by myself but they treated me just like all the other couples and families, very kind. Great food. Know any drinks will cost extra. Also, they will not announce landmarks as you pass them so keep an eye out for when you want to go up top for photos. I did 8:15, and they did not let us in the boat till 8:15. We returned around 10:45.

I purchased the ticket and could not find the boat and went to 5 different boats by the time I got to the correct boat I was not allowed to get on and I begged the person. It was my last day in Paris I emailed for a refund and no one even respond.

We travelled as a couple with our 3 year old daughter. The staff were so accommodating with our daughter, lovely kiddies meal, stored our stroller and provided a kiddies chair. The food was divine and we enjoyed every moment.

This cruise was amazing! It was our first night in Paris and everyone was so welcoming and we got beautiful photos! Our waiter was awesome and they even provided different dishes for my mom due to her seafood allergy! They were so sweet, and loved our attempts at trying to speak French. Highly recommend for American visitors!

This was a nice experience once we actually found where the boat location was. We are not from France, so we spent about 30 minutes at the dock looking and walking to different boats to find the Capitaine Fracasse. Only to find that it was on the opposite side of the dock slip. I would HIGHLY recommend that you have your uber driver drop you at the exact bridge where this is located. There is not an exact match on GPS so it took us quite a bit of walking. Again, give yourself time to find this. The greeter was a little rude - but hey we were a little late. So, we felt rushed and stressed from running in heels to get to the boat. Once on we were seated with a little frustration. But once the night went on, we received good service, the food was great (steak was great and an upgrade). The drinks are not included in the basic meal plan and can become pricey if you want more than one. Otherwise, I believe there was a salmon and chicken option. Overall, this was worth the amount it cost.

Yes luck of tables next to the window. Even do was not full when we ask if is possible to be moved from middle of the restaurant to the window view answer was no. Wait staff very rushing not really nice. Music ambient English popular songs. Obviously this cruises are mostly doing tourists so why no light France jazz or something in that way. The other disappointment was staff extremely bad English skills.

Do never book this boat trip. It supposed to start at 20:30, and we were waiting 30 minutes outside on Autumn at 7 degrees. All of us frozen, including kids on the queue. There are not enough waiters, we wait 30 minutes to order drinks, and 15 more minutes to be served, so 45 minutes to get a glass of water. The manager is a cheap guy who save money by not hiring enough waiters. If your table is not on the window you see absolutely nothing. Starter food is very low quality and the main course, the duck is over cooked . Fruits juice 5 euros without alcohol but the charged us 12€ for a little of alcohol. The worse experience ever.

We were sat down by a window then moved with a murmur about we could pay extra, our seats were taken over by another couple, I assume they paid, I told the waiter we didn’t see an option when we booked with Viator so this is unacceptable with Viator I guess
