Beatrice was amazing! Our flight had us running a tad late and she was so sweet to wait for us. She really engaged with our four children and taught us so much! We could not have seen all we did without her! Highly recommend!

Had some difficulties with uber getting to location point. Would have been nice if the tour operator had a contact number. The tours operators in the Louvre needs to have headsets for us. Very crowded & loud to hear all the info given. Saw many tours with headsets so they could hear their guide. If you want to see the Mona Lisa up close, you have to stand in line yourself. The operator only takes you to the room where the painting is. Ok tour, not worth the money.

Truly great guide (Valerie). Gives you a head set so you can hear her talking. Has a vast amount of information to share. Takes you to the things she thinks tourists want to see. 35,000 masterpieces would be impossible to decide where to start. This was the highlight of a trip of a lifetime.

Tour guide was super nice and knowledgeable but this was not skip the line, which is the entire reason we paid for a tour. She took way too much time on things we weren’t really interested in. We peeled off early and kinda felt like it was a wasted time.

Ivan, our guide made the 2 hours at the louvre wonderful, efficient and fun. we would not have been able to navigate that museum in any amount of time without a guide. He related to all ages in the group, 2 kids from austria age 8 and 12, and my son 23 and made so much effort to engage them at their level. He is clearly intelligent and knowledgable, lending his history education from Sorbonne University. I would hire him again.
