No one came! Don't waste your money.

After a series of 4 messages specifying my number and email as well as the details of meeting point, quite simply no one bothered to show up or call us or message us. When you call their number it is an automated voicemail message asking you to email them! And of course no one answers. Then they tried to claim that someone was there and are currently refusing a refund. Don't waste your money- I think this is a scam. We we a group of 5 people and were very disappointed with this company and how Viator handled it.

Our tour guide Zacharie was AMAZING! We were so lucky to have him! He knows SO MUCH!!! He helped my son arrange a wheelchair because he had a sprained ankle. Zacharie also loved explaining the different time periods of art, the different artists and showed us some of the “messages” the paintings portrayed! We were so lucky to have gotten Zacharie! He’s truly brilliant!! We will return and will definitely ask for Zacharie!!! What a fantastic tour!!
