Everything was perfect! We choose the Mercedes. Car was nice and clean and the driver was on time and super friendly and knowledgeable of Paris. I highly recommend. Customer service communicating online was also flawless!

Best Way To Go!

Had a van for the day for 8 people and found that it was a great way to see the sights. Lucien was our driver and we could ask for no better a driver and guide. Lucien was patient and professional as he toured us around, stopping when we asked and waiting as we toured. I would use Viator again and certainly as for Lucien!

Driver was great .... traffic was horrible so we weren't able to go many places and we also had to spend time going back to hotel to get passports. My fault !!! Would book more time on the next trip. Unfortunately he wasn't able to extend trip due to another commitment.
