Chocolate Eiffel Tower desserts were a hit !

We were largely ignored by the staff Had to ask for someone to stop to pay the additional cost for water and tea. At this price, simple drinks should have been included.

Terrible experience! Booked a dinner cruise online, confirmed 7pm arrival via WhatsApp. Arrived on time, but they left without us. Showed them the message, no refund, no alternative. Unfair, unprofessional. Avoid this company! #BadService

Views are great. Service and food subpar. Entertainment cheesy but fun. Paid for champagne cruise did not even receive champagne. Waiter very slow and non-attentive. Food quality I would say was slightly above average wedding cuisine options…

Not as advertised

Very disappointed with this trip. Was advertised as a 2.5 hour trip and it was only 1.5 hours. When the gave us our receipt it looked like the real cost of the trip was 155 euros and we paid 230 euros. That is a huge mark up. Staff was very nice and music was good. Food was just ok for the price we paid.

Sick as a dog!

I wish I could get a refund. First they knew of my gluten allergy and unlike the other dinner cruise I went on the previous night they could’ve cared less which has made me ridiculously sick! The service was ignorant and they ignored us most of the time, the appetizer was absolutely disgusting, entree was meh as was desert. The singer was ok but it was very annoying that this boat was so squished with people and tables and she kept walking around while singing that it felt even more crowded. I can’t believe how sick their food has made me!

The food was delicious and the menu was perfect. The boat was timed perfectly to pass the Eiffel Tower as it was lit up, which was magical. I would have done it again if I was here longer.
