Terrible experience, don’t waste your time

Our guide Andrea was horrible. Didn’t take us to any highlights or major landmarks. It was poorly organized and we just randomly walked for 3 hours without really seeing anything. Despite us repeatedly conveying to him that this is our first time and we want to see major spots, he didn’t have a plan and didn’t take us anywhere beside Notre Dam. Terrible experience and a complete waste of our time which we could have spent seeing the city in our limited time here. I want our money back.

Incredible Paris Tour

Izzy was an excellent tour guide. He went out of his way to accomidate us and our flight which was late. When we said we wanted to try Macaroons he took us to Laduree. He is knowledgable of the city and has Segway tours too, so will book those with him when in Paris again. Highly recommend Izzy and the tour. Thank you Izzy! You made our time in Paris very special.

Wonderful Sights with A Delight of a Guide

This was a major highlight of our trip — as a private tour, it was just the guide and my family. It offered a comprehensive exploration of some of the city's hot spots, a glimpse into Paris' past, and a few lesser-known locales. We got a really good look at the gorgeous architecture of the courtyard at the Louvre, the Palais Royale, the Opera and the Pantheon. Bibiana was a delightful guide who was very attentive, spoke English well and was very informed on the history of the city. I would highly recommend this to any travelers who want to avoid the crowds of normal group tours, though be aware there is a lot of walking!

You can not enjoy Paris without walking the streets. This tour not only gives you the hidden gems but Paulo also will share his passion for Parisian culture and history as you stroll along with the districts and takes your photos (yes, he is a really good photographer too!). He has a wide English vocabulary; and talks with ease and fun. He even recommended the best value dinner restaurant place and which time to go so that we can skip the long line. And boy, did he give such a fun, cool, rich walking tour. Rating? 11/10!

An excellent tour. Zoltan the guide asked what we would like to see, and then built the tour around that. I would really recommend this, to first time visitors, or people like us who have been to Paris a few times and want to see something out of the ordinary.

We had a leisurely rambling walk through the heart of Paris . Henrick, our guide was friendly and informative and tailored our walk to include sights we would not have found on our own. He even walked with us to our next tour which was most appreciated.

This was a 3.5 hour walking tour that covered about 5 miles. We saw sites we wouldn't of known of or wouldn't have time to see if it wasn't for this tour. The guide, Emma, was flexible in that she changed the ending destination from the Eiffel Tower to the Arc de Triomphe since we already visited the tower and hadn't yet walked the Champs de Elysees. I felt this was a good value for the time involved and that it was private..
Not Good for a Cruise Excursion

We notified the tour company that we'd be coming to Paris from the cruise port in Le Havre so we asked if we could customize the starting time. They agreed and gave us the number to our tour guide Romy. We texted about meeting times and locations but his answers were not helpful and he stopped texting back after two messages. We tried to cancel the tour but were inside the 24 hour mark so we still tried to make the tour but couldn't find the guide at what we thought was the correct place. Poor communication and no help for those coming in from a cruise.

This was a very poor tour and I am determined to warn others not to waste their money or their valuable holiday time on it. The tour we were given did not match with the tour name that we booked. We were shown no “hidden gems”. We were given misinformation about the highlights. Our guide was very inefficient with our time, taking the most circuitous routes to get from place to place. There were 8 of us, he spoke very softly. He didn’t use a device to help us to hear him. I have booked through Viator before and expected better.

The best tour of Paris

Solene was our guide and she was terrific! We saw not only main tourists sites of Paris, but she took us to many hidden gems - just what we were looking for. Solene is a terrific guide, who got to know each person in our group so she could show us what we're wanted to see. Highly recommend this tour, and ask g for Solene is you can!
