Tickets provided by aviator didn’t work - had to buy tickets directly from boat company. Hopefully can get refund from aviator.

Viator tickets are not currently accepted at Sainte Chapelle

The ticket office did not honor the Viator tickets! They have a large notice there that they do not accept Viator tickets and we need to purchase tickets there and get a refund from Viator.

Very Disappointing Experience!

This is the worst Viator experience we have ever had. Your website and your representative (on the telephone via the US office) provided completely misleading information. First of all, there is no ‘tour’ of Sainte-Chapelle. We were led to believe there would be a group assembling at the entrance at our specified time of day (1:00pm). There was no such thing – we could have arrived at any time we wanted because all you do is walk into the building’s courtyard. Second, the ticket taker did not accept our printed voucher that says “6 tickets.” We held up the entire line until a supervisor came out and let us enter. Next, neither your website nor your representative indicated that the only way to enter the chapel – or to leave at the end of one’s visit – was via a long, steep, poorly lit set of circular stairs. Anyone with limited mobility could never succeed, so their tickets would be completely useless. Finally, we were told over the phone that after our visit to the chapel we were to walk about 500 meters to a boat dock for a one-hour river cruise on the Seine. When we got there, the staff at the boat dock said our tickets were no good on their boat – instead, we would have to go to the Eiffel Tower, about 3 ½ miles away, in order to board a boat. Indeed, our tickets did indicate a completely different boat company and a completely different address. But there is no way a tourist from the US could possibly know that the information we were given was totally incorrect. As a result, we bought new tickets to ride on the boat where we were. As far as I am concerned, we were ripped off by Viator. I think you should refund our money and either change the way you advertise this ‘package’ or just stop offering it altogether.

I couldn’t find the guide if there even was one. We got in line, waited, then the clerk said our tickets weren’t valid. I showed how we paid, date, time and bar code. We we’re turned away.
