Utter waste of money

Horrible service and call center no proper guidance upon reaching the meeting points and they give you no grace time period not even 5 min with the crazy traffic in Paris which sounds soo unfair and we pay loads of money and miss the tours total waste of money instead go direct and take the tickets I would suggest very disappointed and angry

The food is awful prepared with too little options. Only one glass of champagne. Service is centered around those who seem to concert previous tips. Only the views were good. We paid $521 euros for a good table.

Dinner and cruise was delightful! Friendly Staff, awesome views and a romantic atmosphere. Live, on-board music was perfect! Was a bit expensive, but definitely the highlight of our trip.

Boat was fantastic with great views, food and music. Unfortunately this was negatively affected by ONE obnoxious server in charge of premier seating section on the back corner of the boat. I don't want to discount the great service from other staff as they were courteous, bubbly and attentive. Our 'main' server for drinks and general needs, however, somewhat dampened our experience. We had to wait 20 minutes for our first drinks and water. Mind you, this was already pre-ordered; we were entitled to 3 bottles per table. Not entirely sure why we had to wait. We, quite literally, had to lgo up to him as he seemed to not realise our table was a part of the boat. We were then served 4 breads and 2 small cheese knobs (he explained that we would get one each if he found some more.) A little confused, we just laughed this off. We asked for more butter and was met with "yes, I'll be back in 2 minutes"- three times we had to ask him. This frantic interaction included him telling us to be patient or we could wait until the end of the cruise for our butter. This was classily concluded by him opening a bottle of our red, placing it on the table and telling us that we can pour it ourselves. This floored us. We nervously laughed but later realised he actually wasn't joking. The butter passive aggressively came as we were having dessert. We had had enough of him at this point. Again, I'm not generalising to all other staff. This particular waiter was quite obviously overwhelmed with his section, which may have translated to him being short and annoyed with customers. Rudeness is never excusable however, most especially as we paid extra to receive 'premium' corner table service. Just to be polite, we tipped him 10 euros which seemed to change his discourse for whatever was left of the night. He came over again and we basically just ignored him as we didn't want anything to do with him after that. I can't say it ruined our experience, however there may be others that do not have as much understanding as we did that night. Other servers and great general atmosphere made up for it. In hindsight, if we weren't in such a great mood, it may have been more of an issue. Not everyone will be this understanding though. This, perhaps, is not the right career for this particular individual. Would have given 5 stars if we had a different server.

An absolute must if you are going to Paris. The lights of Paris and cruising past the Eiffel Tower when the lights are blinking was amazing. The food and wine were superb, and our server was an absolute joy. Definitely a highlight of our trip. Spend the money - don't cheap out. You will not regret it. This will be a memory of a lifetime.

The waiter was very good, as was the company, but the seating was horrible. I never saw an optiin that allowed me to pick a window seat but was informed that some people reserved alm the seats by the window. There was no explanation as to why. The managers that shuffled us in were not nice and one was unconcerned with us or our issue. The food was mediocre at best. I spent alot of money and did not get the worth of it.
