Our vouchers would not download. We did not know which boat company it was for. And crepes were not honored because we were never given our voucher. Very annoying experience.

We went at sunset and sat at the top. It was a little difficult for my Mom, but we made it work. It ended with the Eiffel Tower sparkling. Enchanting.

We took the 8pm cruise which although was busy , was not full to the brim. Unfortunately the crepe stand was so busy that we didn’t get the in the queue for this, so money was wasted on this part .

Waited in line for over a hour to get on the boat. There was an audio guide along with an actual guide on the cruise. The guide on the cruise would speak about things that were completely different from the audio guide. They weren’t synced at all. And there were no crepes on the cruise very misleading.

The cruise is nice. A bit crowded , but you saw many beautiful sights. The crepe tasting is weird. They rush you with getting a plain crepe. Will not give you anything else on it.

Do not ever use Viator, they never sent the tickets and we weren't able to get onour tour after 2 hours of hell trying to get the tix. After the fact they refused to issue a refund even though they never gave us tickets and no tour. TOTAL SCAM STAY AWAY

Well worth the money! If you go in the evening you are able to see the Eiffel Tower when it sparkles (we saw at the start of the cruise and the end). So much to see and lots of information. Beautiful.

Cruise was ok. I think it was overrated. Cruised up and down the river. Couldn’t hear the tour guide. Didn’t realize we got the crepe from a food truck and ate it on the street before the cruise.

Amazing time for my entire family to experience Paris. Great view of the Eiffel Tower from the river Seine. Did not try the crepe tasting though coz of our prior appointment. Location was easy to find, just cross the street across the Eiffel Tower and you’re there. iPhone navigation will help you if you ever get lost.

The views were wonderful (bring a jacket if you go when the sun is setting). It’s exactly what you want/need - a warm crepe and an hour to relax and take in the sights! Will be going again!
