To a great extent, this day was self-guided. It's great if you prefer to have your tickets organized but then take care of yourself. All the reps were very helpful and pleasant with excellent English.

Our time changed with no notification, our guide was rude and late, we weren’t given nearly enough time to actually go to the top of the tower. We barely had time to even go to the first floor. Then the bus tour was in a nasty non-heated bus with headphones that didn’t work. This was a massive waste of time.

This was well worth it! I am a solo traveler and wanted to make the most out of my trip (and feel safe)! I purchased the package deal: Eiffel Tower with priority access, bus tour, and the River cruise. This ticket doesn't grant you access to the VERY top but it didn't bother me. It was worth every penny! You also can pick any day to take the boat cruise once you get your ticket. This worked out perfectly because the day of my tour was cold and rainy. The next day it was perfect to cruise along the Seine River! I highly recommend this package to all tourists! I traveled from sunny FL, USA and had a beautiful experience!

Would not let us change the date and not refunded money. We were late because of transportation issues. Called the number and told to find Benjamin…no information on how to find the tour and way too many people at the site to be able to.

We arrived a few minutes late to the pickup spot because it wasn’t easily found for someone not from the area. The tour had already departed. To make things worse they don’t give you the ticket to actually get into the tower via booking, you HAVE to be with the tour. Wouldn’t recommend. The line took about 20 minutes and you don’t have the 4-hour required tour to get in without the line. I’d recommend just getting your tickets to the tower the day of.

The Eiffel Tower was amazing. And the organisation was good but the tours on the boat and coach weren’t that great. They were quite boring, the boat was over packed and the coach was full of kids spitting and throwing things over the top. We got off early!

I expected more from this tour. View from tower lovely but crowded, too short amount of time. Says skip the line? Still spent more time waiting than being on the tower, had to rush down to catch the tour bus and no time to shop or eat or use toilets. Tour guide? You mean usher? Gave no information whatsoever. The River cruise delightful but crowded too. And if there was an audio tour I got no information to know what we were seeing. Summit option? No time and was unavailable.

The extreme amount of time we had to wait for each segment. We misread the Eiffel Tower trip (our fault) and waited for 30 + minutes on the 2cd level to advance to the summit and found we had the wrong ticket. We finished what was supposed to be an hour tour in about 2 1/2 hours to find we could not get on the bus as it was too busy so we took the boat tour (quite good) and then caught the bus tour (3 hours late) quite good as well. Coordination and overall attention to the schedule was absent.

The staff were nice enough, but the “tour” aspect was a waste of money. You basically show up at the meeting point where they give you tickets to the tower and cruise. They took us to the tower and then left us on our own. You can definitely buy the tickets you need for the Eiffel Tower, river cruise, and bus pass directly for much cheaper than this “tour,” and I believe the audio app is free to the public. Don’t waste your money!

It was terrible. The boat ride was ok. Couldn’t go to the top of Eiffel tower. The histogram was useless. Was not in sync and could not hear it. The guides did nothing to help. Did not wait for people stuck in security lines.

Our tour was scheduled for 10:30. We came to Sidney place at 10:20. There was a guy standing there. Later he turned out to be a guide. At 10:30 he said we are waiting for 2 people. Another couple joined us in a few minutes but we were still waiting for someone else. The guide gave us tickets to Eiffel Tower and river tour and told us that Buss will be waiting for us at Sydney place at 3pm and we should be here 10 minutes prior. So as you can see it is not a real tour it is a collection of tickets that we could get cheaper from separate operators on our own time. This way it only adds stress. Same “tour guide” told us that river boats leave every hour and left us in line to Eiffel Tower. We took our time at the tower and got to the boat around 12:30 to find out that next boat will depart at 2pm. Boat cruise take about an hour, which means that we will be late to the Buss tour. We called the operator asking to hold off the bus till 3:15. Needless to say Buss didn’t wait for us. We called Operator and they gave us a voucher for BigBus tour. At which point we had to walk to BigBusTours location and wait for the bus for about 40 minutes. Needless to say our evening plans were canceled. Don’t waist money on this. Book all three separately!!!!

Great Access to Eiffel Tower

Our tour of the city by bus was about 1.5 hours. The guide was very helpful and nice and spoke multiple languages but the bus tour was pre-recorded. It was good if you need a quick feel for the city. We were escorted to the tower by a guide who took us through the security line (15 min or so) and directly to the gate for a second security check and right into the elevator. The line of people waiting to buy tickets that we passed was huge. Our tickets were for the second floor which was best for our family, since we have a few who don’t like heights. It’s still really high up though. Buying timed tickets on your own would probably work the same as ours did but timed tickets were sold out by the time we bought these so it seemed our best bet for skipping the line. Also we could walk to the bus pickup point and didn’t need to get ourselves over to the Eiffel Tower. The river cruise afterward was fun. They leave every 1/2 hour until I think 10 pm. We bought a drink at the pier to have on the boat. The tour ends at the tower/cruise, but there are taxis and a metro station there. We took an Uber back.

I am very disappointed with this tour. I have been doing a lot of tours, through Viator and through other companies, and I was very disappointed with this tour. I booked a 4 hour English tour of the city of Paris, a Seine River Cruise, and a skip the line eiffel tower tour. I expected to get a tour guide who would explain Paris to us as we drove around Paris. Instead I got a pre-recorded audio tape as we drove around the city. It wasnt timed well and frequently said things that had nothing to do with where we were driving. Many of the places to plug into didnt work. But even if they did work, this is not what I expected. I wanted a real tour from a real tour guide. Then, when the bus tour ended 1 hr later, they dropped us off at the dock where the boat was. However, they didnt want us to go onto the boat. Instead, they walked us to the Eiffel tower to show us how to line up / get in when our Eiffel tower ticket becomes able to be used over 1 hr later. Then we had to walk back to the boat. This was very poorly planned and required needless walking around. It was almost like this was the first time they were doing this. Then, the guy leading this tour said goodbye at only 1hr 15 into the 4 hour tour!! See you later, goodbye, have a nice life. He said that we have free time to do what we want. We can go eat, go to the boat tour, or do the eiffel tower, and it was all up to us. When I buy a four hour tour, I don't want free time. I have plenty of free time both before and after the tour. I pay for tour because I DON'T want free time. I want a tour. Unfortunately, I didn't get that. What should have happened: They should have had an english speaking tour guide on the bus who would give us a tour as we drove around. Then, they would take us on the boat and to the eiffel tower, staying with us the ENTIRE time, talking to us and giving us the 4 hour tour that we paid for. But this didn't happen. Instead, I got a badly taped audio recording as I was driven around Paris for an hour, then given tickets for the eiffel tower and a boat ride that I could have gotten myself, and then dropped off on the side of the road to fend for myself and my family. Horrible.

overall an good adventure, except we had to wait in line for over 1 hour for the Eiffel tower in the extreme heat--we did NOT skip the line so this was VERY disappointing, There was a lot of confusion and arguments by the tour guide and Eiffel Tower staff when we arrived regarding our wait and what we were entitled to get. This tour was booked by us for the skip the line feature.
