      The crowds. Holy Smoke thousands of people. Even with skip the line tickets it took hours. We had a tour guide that was ok but we also got the Seine river cruse and he showed us where to go from the second floor of the Eiffel Tower. Really not great. He was informative but trying to listen with thousands of people was almost impossible

      I was not sure at first as the official ticket to the summit was sold out. But as promised this tour did give us the access all the way up to the summit of the tower. Had a very good time. Guide was very knowledgeable.

      Careful! This is not a tour. Our guide brought us to the Eiffel Tower and handed us tickets to the Seine River cruise. Hardly worth the $400.00cdn it cost. FYI the access to the summit and the cruise ticket cost is $150.00cdn for 2. This only saved us the wait in line. Not cool! Also to mention, the staff at The History Group who lead this excursion are unprofessional, lack customer service and Humanity. However, I do recommend both experiences, just not with this tour. (It is not a tour!)

      Our tour guide Sami was great - we met at the history group office and walked over as a group to the Eiffel Tower with a quick history of the tower and we taken all the way up to the summit and then had free time to stay as long as we wanted. 2nd floor is better for pictures. Also, our voucher for the Seine river cruise was good for anytime and we went after.
      The best part is the skip the line. Sammy was great and shared a lot of information.

      We had a great tour and Catalina was a great guide. Well worth it to skip the line since we had an 8 and 6 year old with us. She did a great job with her quiz game and the grandkids enjoyed her facts and stories. Highly recommend this tour for anyone in Paris. The company was easy to work with and to find. Well done Catalina.

      Amazing! Guide was fabulous. Experience was awesome. Loved it so much. The glass of champagne at the top was WAY overpriced, but it had to be done.

      The skip the line was wonderful and our guide seemed to have quite a bit of historical knowledge of the Eiffel Tower which was wonderful. Trying to find the office was a bit of a challenge because you couldn't go during the day at any time and pick up your tickets. Also, at the office we were "upsold" the Champagne and Crepe package for the river cruise. When we went on the cruise the next day they told us our tickets were only good for the champagne. We paid $16 each for the Champagne & Crepe to only receive the $12 champagne. Not cool

      The Eiffel Tower Summit tour was great. Our guide Jean-Bautist was engaging and helped us navigate all of the lines and screenings to get into the tower. Our line was significantly shorter than the regular line. The guided part of the tour is a history lesson before going to the elevator to the 2nd floor. Touring the tower itself and taking the elevator to the summit is on your own, so you can spend as much time on each level as you want. The only slight draw back if the package was the upsell on the cruise. We upgraded to crepes and a soda for 15 euro each. If we had bought it at the docks it would have been 5 euro or 10 euro if we bought it on the cruise. The cruise itself was beautiful with lots of opportunities to take photos.

      The guide was great, but it’s not skip the line - scam! When another guest asked about why we had to wait in line, the response was ‘well, that’s the Eiffel Tower’, not our fault’.

      Terrifying and thrilling with a very helpful guide that got us into the tower and then let us roam freely from there. Perfect experience. The river cruise was very relaxing and the sights were amazing. Champagne is always a good thing.
