There are many dinner cruises to choose from, we loved this one. First, downstairs, the windows are open, so there is a nice breeze when the boat is moving. Next, the route was delightful seeing all of the sights along the river. The staff were attentive and pleasant. The food was good and abundant. This was a lovely way to wrap up our visit in Paris. Keep in mind, summer nights fall dark late so book the later cruise to see the lights come on.

The needs of the few (late) out weighed everyone else’s!

I’ve been on 4 Seine dinner cruises in my life. I read all Theo’s reviews and was worried about finding the boat so checked it out the day before. Follow the directions to the letter and allow extra time and you’ll be ok. I selected this cruise because it was smaller and 2 1/2 hours. Loved the furniture groupings on the upper deck. Was excited to be spending a good deal of time on the Seine for MY BIRTHDAY! We arrived early and boarded at 9:00. When we took our drinks upstairs all the furniture was pushed against the railings, not cozy groupings. The view was fabulous. At 10:15 I kept thinking “why aren’t we leaving?” Until a group of 5 or 6 people boarded LATE. We were ask to sit for dinner as we depart, which was VERY GOOD however, because of the late departure the bright interior lights while we ate prevented us from enjoying the view. To our shock, the boat then made an unexpected stop to let the people who boarded late off the boat. We ate our dinner quickly so we could go upstairs to enjoy the view. The trip (cruising the Seine)was cut short the hour we waited for the late people. Sadly, the needs of the few out weighed everyone else. There are so many things to live about this cruise. But waiting for late people is crazy. Rushed dinner with bright lights and a shortened cruise on the Seine I’d encourage you to keep looking. Not a great Birthday dinner.

Where’s Notre Dame?

Very disappointed with this river cruise after seeing all the positive reviews. We reserved the 930 pm cruise to see Paris at night. Boarding started at 9pm. Everyone was on board except 1 couple. We waited at dock for them for 20 minutes and didn’t depart until 950pm. Surprisingly the boat turned around right after the Louvre to make up the time. We chose this cruise since we wanted to see Notre Dame which is past the Louvre. Since the crew made a decision to wait for this couple our trip was cut short by 20 minutes and we didn’t see a highlight we were looking forward to . We docked at exactly 1130pm. Also, the food was ok, and the staff seemed harried and weren’t too friendly. Lastly, it would have been nice to have some sort of communication as to what the sights were as we passed them by.

Booked for a group of 20. Easy to find the boarding spot and the boat was on time. Food was excellent, although alcohol on board is expensive (10 euros for a 25cl Leffe). Superb views of the city and really great to go on the top deck in between courses. Would fully recommend. We had several Parisians in our group and they all agreed it was one of the best trips they had been on!

Disappointment

This was supposed to be a nice dinner cruise celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary. The directions start you off at an abandoned parking lot by a bridge high above the river. The map provided would have been better if it showed how to get from the starting point across from Radio France down the actual street where the boat is located. Google Maps couldn't locate the dock. We encountered two other couples that couldn't locate the boat as well. Needless to say all 3 couples never made it on the boat. We were unable to get any refund and received no satisfaction from Viator. We received the same customer support that you would receive if we bought the tickets from a vending machine. Disappointed from this TripAdvisor affiliate. NEVER AGAIN!

What a lovely dinner cruise this was. Good value for money. Delicious Italian food, friendly crew. Finished in time for us to wander back to the Eiffel Tower to watch the light show. Perfect evening

The boat was lovely, food delicious the only thing I would comment on is we were seated next to a supporting column which made it hard to eat food and it blocked view a little We paid extra for a vip window seat too

the food was lovely , the service was good and the views from the boat were excellent (from both the side seats and the central seats). Dessert was served on top deck, plenty of space to sit and have photos. A great way to see some of the Paris sights.

We were celebrating my daughter's 17th birthday. The boat and the tour were excellent. The food was very good as well. I would have given this experience five stars except the tour operator changed the launch point of the tour and it was VERY difficult to find. The instructions that were sent to us were unclear and not complete. We are lucky we made it in time to get on the boat.

Took this fantastic Trattoria style Seine River Dinner Cruise my last evening in Paris. Simply said this turned out to be the high-light of my visit to the City of Light. Any good cab driver can find the departure location. Just write down the address on a card and hand it to the driver. With today's GPS - no problems finding the boat. When you get there, the staff is nothing short of excellent. They greet you warmly and make sure you understand your options. The entire dinner service was amazing. Starting with the appetizer - generous and tasty. My main was the Tagliatelle pasta with Salmon - no words - my mouth waters now. And dessert was a very fine Tiramisu. Take the LATE cruise so that you see the Tower in all of its sparkling glory. As the nighttime fell, it got a little chilly on the River....so guess what - to my surprise our lovely staff had that problem covered....literally, unsolicited, they offered me a warm blanket so that I could enjoy comfortably with the brisk evening temps. Please -- this one is a gem!!! Treat yourself and family/loved ones.

Pretty Good Time

We were celebrating my son’s 18th birthday. We ordered the birthday cake extra. It came at the very end of the cruise. I was concerned that they forgot because service wasn’t great, but once the cake came out with a big sparkler it was worth it. This bumped my rating to 4 stars.

The main entree and dessert was delicious. The starter antipasto was not good at all. We did get to see the Eiffel tower sparkle which was an added bonus. I do recommend this cruise.

The staff were lovely and the boat is easy enough to find if you read the instructions that come with your ticket. The staff did brilliantly to say how many people needed serving and they were so lovely about it too. Food was great and the views to go with it too. I’d definitely go again.

Lousy service, sucky food, small tables, snotty host. Boat slammed into dock which jarred passengers. There is nothing good about it. Go elsewhere.

As per the food, our chef pays attention to the quality of the products he uses, the recipes filled with flavours and the freshness in general. We have always received compliments for this. Concerning the navigation, docking a boat is not as similar as parking a car. It might feel bumpy sometimes but slamming a boat into a dock it is very hard to imagine. Especially because this type of incident would definitely dammage the boat. And we will never put our passengers in danger. It is a pitty to slamm our image this way and completely unfair from so many points of view. We do listen and take into account our clients reviews because they help us get better but unfortunately your review is not constructive at all. Have a great day.

Directions are poor at best. Good Luck finding it!

We unfortunately could never find the boat based on the instructions. The address (see image) takes you inland. We allowed ourselves 1.5 hours and asked 3 locals for help reading the directions and none of them could decipher them correctly. I messaged them and they sent a map but it didn’t load until we returned back to our Airbnb. They should have the map on the listing and offer a telephone number. Sad way to end our trip as we had looked forward to the cruise and we were also out $130.
