Do be very careful with your money and belongings in these Parisian attractions and around the out side of them as well.
I recommend you take your kids between the ages of 8 and above, just because they will understand most of the information.

Palace is beautiful. Love the option of picking up at hotel site. Our guide Nils was well expalined history and palace and funny with jokes. However, our driver picked us up and droped off us across our hotel where no cross walk available. Didn't like that.

This is such a good way to get to Versailles from Paris. Our driver was so knowledgeable and gave us some great information before our arrival at Versailles. Our guide was terrific as well. Just the right amount of information, with some humor to keep everyone engaged.

Continued to change te pick up time and then said it was our fault when we were late to their changed pickup The actual tour at palace was 1 1/2 hits with a group of fifty people difficult for guide to answer many questions actual ride is less expensive by taxi for our small group of three people

I am sorry to hear that you did not enjoy our tour. We believe that you are the only customer who found the tour to have 50 people, which is not possible. For guiding at Versailles or in other museums, the maximum group allowed by the Palace of Versailles is 20-25 pax maximum. I also believe that you did not check the title of our tour, which clearly states that it is for a group of 30 pax. It is not honest of you to make such a claim. Regarding the pick-up time, we apologize if there were any changes made. However, it is important to note that we always make sure to inform our customers in advance of any changes to the pickup time. If you were late, it is not our fault, especially if we had already informed you of the change. Furthermore, we believe that our tour is priced fairly and competitively. While it may be cheaper to take a taxi for a small group of three people, our tour offers a unique experience and access to knowledgeable guides who can answer any questions you may have about the palace and its history. We regret that you did not have a positive experience with our tour and hope that you will give us another chance in the future to provide you with a more enjoyable and memorable experience.

Our drive to Versailles was quick and comfortable. He was parked exactly where he told us. Our tour was delightful with Isabelle. She is so knowledgeable. We thought 4 hrs was not enough, but it totally was if you don’t walk entire garden. Versailles is beautiful.

The guide was excellent but what was disappointing was that you spend 3 hours picking up and dropping off other people and arriving at Versailles. The tour is only 1.5 hours. Had I known, I would have taken the train or Uber for €35 each way and opted for a guided tour. Would have been much much less than the cost of this tour.

This trip was wonderful. We were picked up at our Airbnb right in time. The trip to Versailles was pretty quick. We opted for the half day tour and that was the perfect amount of time. The palace can get pretty full but using the headphones to hear the guide worked quite well. Unfortunately since it was winter the garden fountains were off and the statues were covered. We did enjoy the Louis XV exhibit after our tour. We would definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting Paris.
