Total disaster and misrepresentation of a 'tour'. I will be asking for my money back.

Tour of Pinnacles which was not facilitated by Viator! The 'tour' that we paid for did not happen. The task was passed to a VIP Chauffeur drive vehicle and the driver's first question was 'where do you want to go? The driver was not a tout guide and had no idea he was driving to the Pinnacles. Had I been aware that what was being offered then I would have hired a car and driven myself to the Pinnacles at a third of the cost. None of the activities described in the booked tour happened with the exception of arriving at the Pinnacles site. The driver had no idea of lunch location, other activities, or in fact, what the Pinnacles was all about.
