Got stuck in Philadelphia for a day due to canceled flights. This was the perfect way to spend the time. Adam was a great tour guide, answered some challenging questions and told some great stories. We learned a lot and had a great time.
Great history tour!

We are having an American History Spring Break tour. Rick our tour guide filled us with all sorts of good stories and history. We had a lady on our tour that was from another country, he constantly remembered to ask her if she knew the person or the story and would give her a brief background to keep her in the loop. We wanted to go in the Ben Franklin post office and he let us take an extra minute to stop in there. He was good at staying politically neutral, which many of the guides we had in DC and Gettysburg, did not do. I really want to go back to Philly and do another tour with Rick! Would highly recommend!

What a great way to see important parts of the city! We had KATE who obviously loves her job and has a passion for history. I feel walking tours are better than bus tours, you can ask questions and Kate encouraged us to jump in with any inquiries! Definitely recommend this t!!

Terrific
Laura_A, Sept 2022
James was a terrific tour guide, extremely knowledgeable (he is a college professor) and engaging. We learned so much in our 2.5 hours that my brain feels sated and stuffed. And after the beer and Philly cheesesteak at the end, my stomach is stuffed and happy as well! James is so well known as a tour guide that one of the owners of a 170-200 year old home invited us in to see her house and garden when she saw James was leading our group. Highly recommend this tour to anyone who is looking for an American history refresher, and some fun!
Family friendly walking tour!

David was an awesome tour guide. I highly recommend this if you are interested in Philadelphia’s amazing history. David was very knowledgeable and happy to answer questions about the history of the city and how that related to the buildings we saw. He was also genuinely enthusiastic about the city. Great tour for our family of 4!
Great, informative walking tour!
