Food was delicious. Boat ride was comfortable . Enjoyed the music and dancing. Waiters and waitresses very pleasant. Also the shipmates. All in all, we loved it. A nice afternoon getaway celebrating my fiancee's birthday.

Food and service was wonderful, Rob was a wonderful host! The music for dancing unexpected but great! Cocktail delicious. The only thing missing was the history that this area has - we had to look up all the history and sites on our phones !

Booked ticket for a brunch and it was a full dinner at noon , half of the buffet was burned food in the trays and I mentioned a food allergy my guest had and the food had most of his allergies in them . He could barely eat.

We were celebrating my 60th birthday. I've been wanting to do this for years. I suggested it so my sisters. My niece joined us and we had a Wonderful Time. The ship is pristine, the staff excellent and the food was delicious. The D J played great music and managed to play each one of our fav songs. Even my late mom's fav. We really had a blast. Kudos to the entire staff. We're now planning to do the dinner trip. I'm sure with Philly lights as a backdrop it will be awesome. We've posted all our memorable pictures and videos on all our social medias. Thank You so much.

My most experience with viator I didn't even get a chance to go and I was their and they check what I presented to them and the timing was oFF big time. I would like to have a refund.....

Food was real good .very friendly people on cruise. Servers where great. But wish seating was better i got engaged and asked for special seating which I did not receive . Was not to happy with that. Even asked to to moved did not happen 😕

My email and text said that boarding time was 11:00 am and departure time was 11:30. My brother and his wife were at the pier at 11: 05 and the boat was taking off. I felt really bad as I watched them watching us leave. So I was charged for people that didn't get on the boat. Do I get a refund?
