WE did this trip and apart from the beautiful islands and waters and food our English speaking guide, Nid, was 100 per cent attentive to all our needs and gave us all the information we needed to enjoy the trip. The trip was brilliantly organised. The boat trip is noisy because of 4 outboard motors but this power is required to shift the craft through the waters. Anyway you are never on the boat for a long time. I would do this tour again. Would highly recommend the tour and would highly recommend Nid ! We were the oldest couple on the tour and were given first class attention by our guide. Thank you Nid for looking after us so well. Pappa and Mamma :-)........... (and not Nid's pappa and mamma I hasten to add :-)

Unless you're Russian get the day trips with someone else.

This is a tour for Russians, organised by Russians and any other nationalities should avoid. Booked this tour because it was supposed to be based in the North East of the island so near our resort. Turned out that it was South West and this meant the pickup we had to pay for was at 4.30am and not 6.45am as previously told. Driver turned up at 4.50am. An hour later after picking up Russian tourists we arrived at the meeting point. Told to sit and wait in some plastic chairs in the car park while we wait for more English speakers to arrive (tea/coffee & toast available while you wait) Bus after bus of more Russian guys/girls arrive and we're feeling like chaperones on a club 18-30 holiday. We were joined by 2 couples of 'english' people. 1 couple from Paris and the other from Denmark. We were kept together and distinctly separate from the Russian guys. No attempt to integrate us was made, quite the opposite in fact. We tried a couple of times to engage with some of the guys who could clearly speak English well but they really weren't interested. To the trip itself. Basically it's 2 half day trips joined with a night out on Phi Phi Island. If you have a life long desperate desire to stay on that island this is the trip for you. If not get the 2 day trips and save yourself a sleepless night in a VERY BASIC hotel. Not kidding, our room looked like a prison cell! First day was done by 2pm with rest was 'at leisure'. Next day was 6.35am check out then breakfast followed by 15 minutes walk along the bay to find our boat. Second day done by 3pm. The boat was in good repair and very fast. 45 people on our tour in 1 boat so be prepared to be up close and personal with strangers. The islands themselves can't be faulted. Stunningly beautiful and mostly unspoilt. This beauty was in no way enhanced by this tour operator. For a more authentic experience I would suggest a long tailed boat trip instead. Our English speaking guide 'Bass' did a good job trying to keep us informed and ahead of the masses but wasn't always easy. Best part of the trip was the fire show at the bar in Phi Phi. The Barmen also do the show and they are really exciting and worth staying up for.

Dear Martin, Thank you for your feedback, but let me disagree with you. Firstly, this tour was organized by a 100% Thai company, you were accompanied by the local English-speaking guide Bass, and as yourself noticed, «he did a good job». The hotel at Phi Phi islands is Andaman Resort or Andaman Beach resort, 3 stars. Check-in at the hotel on the first day until 3 pm, after which you have free time to take a shower and relax, and also, if you wish, go with the group to the observation deck. This trip is also much more profitable than taking two one-day tours, both for the price and for saving your time on transfers to and from a hotel in Phuket and in addition you get an overnight stay in the Phi Phi islands with an evening program and fire shows, as you said this “was the best part of the program”. Excellent well worth the money

Fantastic. We were picked up from the hotel early morning on time but was confirmed the timing the day before. On arrival at the dock was a little sceptical as we appeared to be the only English speaking. However it was so well organised and although on a boat with majority Russian the tour guide Jason spoke excellent English and explained everything in both languages. The sites were amazing and well worth visiting. The hotel accommodation wasnt the best hotel but was clean and comfortable for the night stopover. The fire show was amazing and well worth going. All expenses were paid for except if you wanted to climb upto the viewpoint but as this was optional not too expensive was worth going. The following day the sites were well worth going to see. On the whole well worth the money. The only downside was that on arrival back to the port we were put on transport back to the hotel, it took over 2 hrs to get there. Although staying 15 minutes outside Phuket Town we travelled across Phuket and then down south before coming back up to our resort in Cape Panwa. Don't let this little thing put you off. Thank you Jason for being a lovely guide.

The tour was very complete and the scheduled visits were fulfilled. However, despite choosing the tour in English, the rest of the travelers who accompanied us were Russian, as well as the guide, and the explanations he gave in Russian seemed very complete for the time he spent, compared to the 10 seconds of comments he gave us in poor English. We were quite lost throughout the tour, although the beauty of the landscape and the places we visited were worth it. Except for the limited attention offered by the guide, the tour is 100% recommended.

Amazing tour, Very good overnight accommodation, So glad I did this trip, truly breathtaking. Excellent Guide, everyone that worked on boat were great, really friendly and helpful. I would do this again, definitely recommend, only reason for 4 stars is, it did feel a bit cramped in boat, not enough space for bags, and they get wet. Tip, make sure you have waterproof bags.

Quelle déception, alors que les îles et les paysages que nous avons vus étaient de toute beauté ! Nous nous attendions à une sortie en petit groupe et qu'elle ne fut pas notre surprise quand nous nous sommes retrouvés au milieu d'un peu moins de 80 russes, répartis sur 3 bateaux speedboat (qui faisions la même croisière sur 2 jours). Sur les 30 personnes sur le bateau, nous étions 4 européens. Il y avait un guide pour les russes et nous, nous avions droit à un pseudo guide qui ne nous expliquait absolument rien mais nous parlait uniquement de l'organisation. Bref, nous nous demandions ce que nous faisions là. Heureusement, que le programme en valait la peine et que nous l'avons apprécié malgré tout. Si vous ne cherchez pas une sortie ressemblant à du tourisme de masse (russe), fuyez !!

Les escales sont bien sympa, surtout une où nous avons pu bien profité et vu de beaux poissons Concernant les repas, je m'attendais à manger du bon poisson frais, plutôt qu'un self tiède et peu appétissant. Heureusement pour le soir d'autres restos locaux sont meilleurs, mais hors budget de la croisière.. Concernant l'équipage, très bonne équipe, malgré des touristes russes sans gêne :( À faire une fois dans sa vie. Mais sincèrement je m'attendais à mieux vu le budget. J'ai déjà fait ce genre de croisière aux Philippines et ce n'était pas du tout pareil
