Thank you for your review, most of which is wrong so I will clear this up for you.
You booked the 15th July 2023. This was FULLY Booked and we sent you a message via Viator which you did not reply too. Here is the screenshot
As you said you received the message in your review, we are also confused how you did not read that the 15th was fully booked and to change to the 17th.
Finally you also said that this was not refunded? This is also incorrect as we did refund you 100%, again here is the proof.
We did contact you on the 14th to advise you of this and you did not message us back so we have done all we can. Upon seeing this, we also did refund you as well.
I think you agree that telling others “not to book this experience” is really not fair as it was you that did not respond to our messages!
