We will contact you by 5pm (Thailand time) the day before your trip for exact pick up time. In general, pick up will be some time between 7:30-8am. -AirBnBs, villas, rentals and private homes customers: If your accommodation is not on the list provided, please contact us directly by email, phone call or WhatsApp at least 2 days before your trip. Not doing so can risk inability to participate in tour.

What To Expect

Begin with hotel pickup in Phuket, and travel to the marina. Meet your guide and board a speedboat for your cruise to the Phi Phi Islands, a chain of six exquisite islands in the Andaman Sea.

Admire the views along the way and marvel at the sight of the beautiful islands rearing like fortresses from the turquoise seas.

Head first to Maya Bay, a location made famous from the 2000 movie, "The Beach," starring Leonardo DiCaprio. Then, continue to Pileh Lagoon, a natural lagoon framed by sheer cliffs, renowned for its pristine jade-green waters.

Next, pass by Viking Cave, home to the islands’ swallow bird nests and nearby, enjoy open sea snorkeling to discover the stunning underwater diversity of exotic fishes and coral reefs.

Go ashore at Phi Phi Leh to savor a buffet lunch just steps away from the beach. Then, set sail for Bamboo Island. Enjoy free time to snorkel, swim, and sunbathe on the soft, white-sand beaches, before cruising along the sea to get close-up views of the scampering monkeys along the cliffs and trees at Monkey Beach.

Your tour concludes with drop off back at your hotel.

  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires good weather. If it’s cancelled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
  • This experience requires a minimum number of travellers. If it’s cancelled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

The boat is really fast and loud so bring ear plugs.
Snacks and drinks are given on the boat through out the trip.
Day trip was great fun, boat was a little crowded and stops on islands could have been a little longer.

We did the Phi Phi Islands trip last Monday. Great day out. Fun speed boat trip there and back, lots of snorkelling and beach time, six different islands visited and an excellent lunch. At £69 per person this was very good value. Very well planned and organised. We would not hesitate to recommend this trip to other travellers.

Great overall experience. The beaches were spectacular. The snorkeling was decent, not a lot of fish or coral to see. The 5 young men from V. Marine were outstanding! They were extremely attentive, not just them but all V. Marine staff throughout all of the islands. Pointers: When to get to the marina there will be a sign-in stand. Sign in first then proceed inside the office where you will be given a colored sticker indicating which group you have been assigned to. Our last stop was Maya Beach. It was way too crowded. Please provide a generous gratuity. These fellows worked their tails off

amazing day,, full of fun and great guide, very well organised, taken to see different beaches, great lunch at 4 star resort beach, all prepared for us, turquoise sea as a view whilst you ate, our speed boat engine broke mid sea, but very quickly efficiently another boat passed with spare part and changed on tap,,, which was a laugh. constantly given fruits and drinks as we cruised and came back on shore. perfect day,, highly recommended, specially swim in the emerald waters.

This day trip was so much fun! The guide Sunny was outstanding, he was funny and very engaging. The speedboat was a bit of a wild ride as the waves were big, but it was all worth it. The islands were spectacular and we had the best snorkeling experience during this trip! Only thing is that we wished we had more time at some locations, especially Maya Bay, we were there for around 45 minutes but it just went by too fast!

We had the best experience with V star marine tours. We could not have been happier with the day or the activities we did. Tuk Tuk our guide for the day and his team were just lovely and so accommodating, they made the day so easy to enjoy. Tuk Tuk was full of fun, enthusiasm and knowledge about the islands. There were drinks and fresh fruit served after each stop, there was a lovely flow to the day. It was the best tour I have been on and the best experience we have had in Thailand. The snorkelling and swimming were amazing and the lunch in Phi Phi was delicious. We never felt rushed and got to experience a little of what each island had to offer. If u r thinking about doing this trip I would highly recommend this company. After a lot of research of other tour companies we decided to go with V star and we r so lucky we did. I thought for what we got/did it was very reasonably priced. Thanks again to Tuk Tuk and his team for a wonderful day 😉

This trip was the best one I did during my Phuket stay . Fantastic communication before the trip regarding pick up times and mini bus was on time. Ray and the team of boat 99 went above and beyond to make sure we had a great day. Snacks and drinks were flowing all day. We did the sunrise tour which I would recommend as the islands were not busy at this time. Speed boat was fun too. This trip is a must!

This was great tour, beautiful beaches, beautiful sites to see! Snorkelling was awesome, swimming in the beautiful clear water was just everything! The food was delicious and not really much you could ask for! But my only gripe was paying the extra money for national park which had another beach where you couldn’t even swim in the water, in that case I would of preferred to not of gone at all and just have more time at the other locations we went to and saved the extra $$ aswell. Overall this was a fun and packed day!

Please note that for national park fees, this covers many locations in the tour program in Phi Phi Islands - not just 1 location. So even though the program had to change a bit and your group had to visit another beach instead, national park fees still needed to be paid for some of the other places that you already visited in the program. What can I say what an awesome trip. Right from the beginning Jackie and his group took care of everything. We went island hopping with plenty of ample time in each spot. They constantly made sure we remained hydrated with water and coca cola. All around they did a terrific job. The lunch they gave us was pretty good. The boat was not crowded and were had plenty time to relax. Would definitely recommend this amazing experience with this crew and tour. Have fun

What a great day! Saw the most beautiful islands, enjoyed snorkeling, and the crew was fantastic! It even rained incredibly hard for about 30 minutes, and that just added to the adventure. Would highly recommend this tour!

The location is so beautiful, it is a must do while in Phuket! The tour company is well organized prompt pick up times good communication. We also hired the photographer which was well worth it. We have many amazing photos and videos. Spent the right amount of time at each location. Lunch was very good. Only thing to note; there is a lot of driving to the marina, a little bit slow returning with traffic. Sunny our tour guide was fantastic as was the rest of the crew. The water was warm and swimming was wonderful! Glad to have gone on this trip!!
