Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
This experience requires good weather. If it’s cancelled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

It was so great to have a private boat. We could stay at places on our our schedule. When you see the boats with 30 people on them you will be glad you have your own boat! Jimmy and the crew was amazing! They were all so friendly and helpful to make a great day on the boat. You get to see so much all in one day. They know what times to hit what areas based on crowd and tides. I highly recommend this experience if it’s in your budget. We had an amazing time and would absolutely book it again!

Amazing organisation from start to finish. Swimming on secluded beach without crowds. Delicious lunch, best food we ate in 7 days. Great crew on board our boat, they made the day memorable. We loved everything about the tour, from the snorkelling, canoeing and seeing the monkeys when we least expected to.. everything was wonderful. It was by far the highlight of out Phuket stay.

Excellent tour! Clean, modern, and smooth boat. The crew were wonderful. Nice, courteous and friendly while providing a safe and efficient tour. I could not recommend enough. Private tour was nice because we were able to pick what we wanted to see and how long to spend doing each activity. Also, private tour allowed us to visit a small local restaurant recommended by our guide and it ended up being one of the best meals we've had in Thailand. Also, Shaun and the office crew had great communication throughout the booking process. Everything was smooth.

Best tour we have had on our whole trip!!! We went to Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Thailand and Singapore…this was the highlight for all 6 of us!! Even with some rain during the day it did not disappoint!! A must!!

Bad weather, NO PROBLEM!

It was raining and windy on the day of our outing. Our guide Alex, picked out a route for us that made up for the bad weather. Best way to see the islands

Our crew took excellent care of us and showed us an amazing time! We saw beautiful beaches, swam, saw monkeys, went on a canoe and explored a cave. It was the perfect day in a beautiful place. Highly recommend and worth every penny. The private tour over the group experience is a no brainer.
